This exquisite new villa was created exclusively for the upscale luxury clientele. Privacy gated with key pad entry and amenities like lagoon swimming pool w/ jacuzzi, large gas fire pit, comfortable chairs, hammock, multiple chaise loungers, BBQ, large teak picnic table, out door shower and 8,000 feet of lawn.
Inside all guest suites are en-suite. Each is tastefully furnished with a collection of unique pieces from around the globe. Each guest suite also has individual climate control, LCD televisions with cable and private out door seating areas.
The gourmet kitchen has everything necessary to prepare a feast fit for the ALI'I ( The Royalty of Hawaii). If you would like we can arrange for a personal chef to tend to all your dinning requests. Just ask!
The main entertainment area has a Bose surround system with DVD and Apple TV, there are over One Hundred top titles to choose from and with 15,000 Songs on there, as well... you are sure to find an artist of your liking to relax the day away!

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
This is the third home we have built in this area mainly because of the views of the beautiful, blue Pacific Ocean with the Islands of Lana'i, Moloka'i and Kaho'olawe as the back drop. We have been fortunate to travel the world over and visit many sensational places but we always look forward to coming home to West Maui to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, friendly people and great beaches.

We have been in the resort/hospitality business for the past twenty years and we were able to blend all the great things that resorts offer into this luxury home! We have collected fine art, furniture and design ideas from all over the world and incorporated them into the Crown Jewel or our homes "Majestic Maui". This home will pamper every guests who stays with us as resorts do but, at the same time give you the experience of Maui as only a private home can. From relaxing under a Palapa by the pool, taking a steam shower to rejuvenate after a long day or sitting by the open air fire sharing stories of the days follies we have something for everyone in your group.
