Nov 01-May 14 .. $275/nt(Sun-Thur) .. $325/nt(Fri-Sat)(2 night min) .. $1800/week.
Rates may be higher for holidays and minimum stay requirements may be increased.
Please add $100 cleaning fee and 9.75% NC tax to rental rates.
50% of rent due within seven days of reservation; Balance and $350
refundable security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival.
Pets considered for additional fee and security deposit.
