Perfect location - at the corner of Four O'Clock Road and Park Avenue - Park Place Condominium is one block from Main Street on the slope side of town, and only 800 feet (two blocks) from the Snowflake Lift. You can literally walk anywhere - Downtown restaurants, shops, clubs, and taverns, as well as the Ski Lift. If you don't want to walk, you can take the FREE local town trolley and shuttle bus - pickup is across the street. Just park at the condo and put your keys away - you won't need to drive!
This spacious unit is approximately 1100 square feet, and contains two bedrooms and two baths arranged in two private suites. The layout of this unit is a great setup for multiple families sharing the unit, or larger families. The private deck overlooks the two on-site hot tubs. There is a new indoor/outdoor shared pool. Free WiFi included, New 42-inch LCD HDTV in the living room, 32-inch LCD TV's in each bedroom, and covered parking is available at no additional charge.
Over $2M invested in exterior renovation in 2008 makes Park Place look brand new. Inside renovation includes all new energy efficient windows, new custom wood trim, new kitchen counter tops, sink, Jenn-Air range, and travertine tile. New bedroom furniture in fall 2009. Bathroom showers were also recently renovated with new tile and granite bench in steam shower in Master.

This condo was clean, spacious, and just right for our family vacation. The bus stop was just across the street from the condos, close parking, easy walk to downtown. The owner was organized and easy to work with. The condo looked as pictured and was as described on this site. We hope to stay again.

The condo was a great home base for our Colorado vacation in July, 2009. The location is very convenient - literally three blocks from Main Street shopping and restaurants. The two bedrooms, family room and dining area easily handled four adults and two children. The condo was kept in good repair and had all of the cookware and utensils we needed to fix meals in the condo. In general, this was a great place to stay and a great value.

The Hagan's condo was a really great place to stay. It had everything we needed,convenience to the grocery store and to walk downtown for restaurants and fun. The buses are directly across the street to take you to the lifts and you can ski the 4 o'clock run home bringing you right across from the condo. We kept the car under the garage the whole week. It was a wonderful family vacation!!

Very clean and new decor. Wonderful location, close to both center of downtown and the ski slopes. Parking was convienent, did not even have to use the car during our stay at the condo.

My group of 10 had a wonderful time at the Park Place condo. I did a lot of research and I did not expect a condo of this size and location to be so cheap! The condo was very well equipped and in a perfect spot to get to the snowflake lift and downtown Breckenridge. I will be going back next season!

My family and I (from California)rented this condo for 5 nights over the Christmas holiday. It was a very pleasant experience. I parked the truck and never got back in. We walked to town and the slopes. The unit is very comfortable and nicely accomodated the whole family. Highly recommended.
