Our new, luxury town home, C-2, is nestled into the lush, world class South golf course of the Mauna Lani Resort. Located directly across from prestigious 49 Black Sand Beach, and just up the road from the pristine white sands, and clear, turquoise waters of the exclusive Mauna Lani Beach Club. The town home is close to the wonderful dining and entertainment of the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Fairmont Orchid resorts, and the fabulous shopping and dining of the new Shops at Mauna Lani. It's Just 22 minutes north of the Kona International Airport, on the Kohala Coast where the sun shines year-round.
The Town Home:
Designer owned, decorated and managed, we have put great care and consideration into our immaculate, new home. It's impeccably furnished with much attention to detail. You'll be pampered with everything you need for a carefree, relaxing, luxurious Hawaiian vacation: spacious master suite and bath, with private balcony and double chaise (for your outdoor lounging pleasure), Cal king bed, his/her sets of golf clubs, golf discounts, his/her beach cruisers, Bose theatre/stereo surround system, library of movies/cd's/books, high thread count sheet sets, fluffy bath towels, plush beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, private outdoor kitchen and bbq, fully equipped kitchen with many upgrades, including high end stainless steel appliances, built in wine refrigerator, espresso maker, etc. Our large lanai is the perfect place to view sunset at the end of the day.
For our guests with children, you can travel light! We have our own kids and have stocked the condo with necessities: pack n' play, jog stroller, high chair, books, games, and more for your convenience and use during your stay.
For those traveling for business or those needing to work a bit while in paradise, our study is well equipped with two desks, and high speed wireless internet (we also have a third desk in the downstairs bedroom - lots of work/project space if needed).
This is our third Hawaiian, owner direct, vacation rental. We know what we appreciate at home, and we know what our guests desire. We stay at our Hawaiian home every few months, and have an excellent housekeeper, to ensure it's kept in its pristine condition, with no wear and tear; just as you'd like in your own home.
Whether you choose to be on the go, relaxing by the pool and spa with a good book and tropical drink, or napping on the plush double chaise on the master bedroom's private balcony, we know you'll enjoy our perfect island getaway; fully equipped with all of the luxuries and everything you'll need for the ultimate Hawaiian vacation.

Year Purchased: 2007
We moved to Big Island from the Bay area in January of 2009, for a number of reasons. The main one being to live in such a beautiful, safe place and be able to spend more quality time with our family. We love Big Island! We live in Waikoloa Village (10 minutes up the hill from Mauna Lani), so we are able to visit and care for our vacation rental as a second home, and be sure it's kept in immaculate condition. This also allows us to be here for our guests if they need anything during their stay (or my husband can take them out golfing - such a tough job!) He loves it and so does our guests!
Why the Owner Chose Golf Villas
We previously had a vacation rental in Waikoloa Beach Resort, and we really like the less crowded feel of both Mauna Lani, and especially The Golf Villas. We have the largest floor plan, the masters, and there are only 5 units in our entire building. No one is located above us (this makes a huge difference in peace, quiet, and privacy). We wanted to be close to the Beach Club (just a short beach cruiser bike ride away), and we are. We have included beach cruisers for our guests to use. They are so much fun! His/her golf clubs are also included for our guests use.
The Unique Benefits of this Town Home Condo
We get to use the amazing beach club (which I feel is the best place to snorkel on the island). Our unit is very private. We chose the location of our unit, and waited for its release in the last phase of building, because of the way it's situated and its privacy (no other buildings close by). We have a Bose surround sound, DVD's, CD's, books, games, toys (for kids), outdoor kitchen, and fully equipped town home for everything you should need for the ultimate luxury, relaxing vacation. Our master lanai with double chaise is absolutely perfect for reading, napping, or having your morning coffee or suset drink.
