This is a newly remodeled Condo. Upgraded with tile floors and new tiled kitchen countertops and maple cabinets. Furnished with Balinese Bamboo and Rattan furniture throughout, it has a wonderful tropical flavor.
With a great Kingsize bed in the bedroom and a Double sleeper sofa in the living room (two to four people are very comfortable). Only 200 yards from Kamaole One, a beautiful white sandy beach, you have an ocean view from the living room and lanai (porch) (see photos below).
Air conditioned and fully-equipped for all your needs, even beach chairs, sun umbrella, and a cooler for your use. The condo is kept in immaculate condition. For Internet access we have WebTV! So you can check your E-mail or surf the web at home. Or bring your own laptop and plug in to our high speed modem for free! .
Kihei Alii Kai is a well liked and very quiet condo. There is a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna as well as tennis courts and it's in a great location. Walk to restaurants, shopping, beaches, health food store, and Internet cafe. Six championship golf courses within 15 minutes. Kihei, being on the beautiful south coast, has the best weather and beaches in Maui, so relax by the pool or enjoy the variety of activities Maui has to offer.
You will be very happy and comfortable here. It's a great place to get the most out of your Maui vacation!!

It's in a quiet complex just steps away from restaurants and shops and of course a lovely beach. The condo is equipped with most anything you'll need (beach chairs, big fluffy beach towels, those sweet-smelling grass beach mats, boogie boards, tennis rackets...) We enjoyed sitting on the lanai, sharing our breakfast with the francolins (quail-type birds) that periodically canvas the grounds of the complex. Jeff and Madir Heisel. We welcome you to our condo. This is our only vacation rental so we give it a lot of care and attention. We've lived here in Kihei, Maui for over 20 years and this is our favorite area of Maui.

Kihei Alii Kai is right in the heart of Kihei. Our favorite beach, Kamaole I, is right across the street. The health food store is right around the corner. Many other cafes and restaurants are within a short walking distance.
The complex is very well maintained. Beautiful tropical landscaping and very clean grounds.
It's also a very quiet condo. Thick walls so you don't hear any neighbors. Perfect for relaxing.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We try to keep our condo stocked with things to make your stay comfortable. Beach chairs and equipment, cooler and thermos, all kinds of kitchen gadgets, salad spinner, vegetable steamer, blender,and many others. We also have a hair dryer, and iron/ironing board. And a video library with about 20-25 movies.
And there is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.
