Villa Carolina is a brand new, truly magnificent place. Located in Playa Paraiso between Playa Del Carmen and the lesser known Puerto Morelos, which is only 20-25 minutes away from the Cancun International Airport. The Villa is located along the coast of the Caribbean Sea in the heart of the Mayan Riviera on the beautiful beach of “Playa Paraiso” in a gated community between the Mayan Palace and Iberostar resorts. The Villa is just 25 minutes south of the Cancun International Airport, a quick 5 minute drive to Puerto Morelos and a 10-15 minute drive to Playa del Carmen in a quaint resort-type residential neighborhood in Playa Paraiso, which boasts one of the most beautiful beaches of the world.

• Once we have confirmed your requested property and dates are available we will send you a rental agreement via e-mail or fax.
• This price includes up to 10 guests and is for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday only. A 50% deposit is required via Check, Money Order or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only. Sorry, we do not accept Discover or American Express). The balance, tax and service charge is due 60 days prior to your arrival. We do recommend getting travel insurance through TravelGuard to protect against Acts of God out of your control.
• The balance of the rental fee and the security deposit are due prior to 60 days before the rental period. Failure to send remaining fees may result in a cancellation of your reservation.
• You will receive an e-mail or fax receipt each time money is paid.
• Full confirmation will be sent once your final payment is received.
