This spacious 4 bedroom/ 3 bath home offers a refreshing taste of the cottage lifestyle complete with a front porch swing to enjoy the sun rise in the morning and a back porch grill to enjoy the sunset in the evening. Experience Seaside the way it was meant to be experienced...right in the heart of it all!

Lemon Tree’s first floor boasts a spacious living room with a 16 foot ceiling, and flat screen TV, kitchen with bar area, and two king bedrooms with private baths and dual shower heads. The second floor consists of two additional bedrooms. The first includes another king bed and the second houses two built-in double beds complete with storage space and a fitted TV! The upstairs rooms share a large full bathroom with dual vanities.

Additional features include a screened-in back porch complete with an outside shower and grill. Wi-Fi access available!

So, whether you’re cooking up a slice of lemon meringue pie in the kitchen or enjoying the fresh sea air from one of the two porches, Lemon Tree cottage is sure to satisfy your every vacation need and leave you well rested and longing for more!

Full amenities - such as the 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, firness center and lawn bowling - are included with in-season rentals (March 14-September 7). Amenities are available at other times, subject to a daily fee.

  • We had a great stay at Lemon Tree. The layout of the house was great allowing privacy yet a Great Room that allowed us all to come together. We had three girls (age13) with us and the close proximity to the town square was perfect. They could shop, eat and walk around and the distance to the beach was minimal. The coffee table in the living room made the perfect “game” table. We would definitely rent this one again!

Lemon Tree was so centrally located and the back porch was a great place to store supplies for our week long retreat. We LOVED your home and hope to be able to come next year and use it again.

  • Lemon Tree has a wonderful location in Seaside, less than a minute from the Town Center. A unique feature this home offers is 3 king size beds! That is rare for sure! Our weather was very pleasant and it was wonderful being there during the Holidays. We celebrated New Year's Eve at Bud and Alleys...just one of the fabulous memories of our trip.

  • We had a great time at Lemon Tree Resort. The house was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The front porch was great for sitting, the TV HUGE, and the location perfect -- just minutes from the heart of seaside or the beach! I would recommend this place for anyone!
