  My family and friends had a wonderful time at this resort! The condo is so clean with beautiful decor. The views were amazing from the balcony ,as well as the master bedroom and living room. Thanks so much for having a Foreman grill for my quick meals!! I use it religiously at home and wondered if there was one there. Thanks for providing beach chair service...it was so nice to have all that taken care of daily. All we had to do is go to our assigned chairs...so comfy. The attendants who assign the beach chairs were all so attentive and wonderful to deal with. I love that Pier Park was so close. Thanks so much for a wonderful time at your condo! I hated to leave but I can't wait to return!

  This was our first visit to P.C.B. The beaches are beautiful! From the moment you walk into this condo, you know it has been well taken care of by the owners with pride. One feels at home immediately . We loved the decor., amenities,, and cleanliness. Having our own lounge chairs waiting for us on the beach each day was wonderful, especially since we are a senior couple.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  Excellent property, location, owners, staff... even the permanent residents were very cordial. Great value for a vacation I must say. Relaxed atmosphere, pools, hot tubs, clean well-patrolled beach. Now I'm already missing the place, and it's only been three weeks since we left. The nearby $1 shop also had surprise bargains!

  My only problem with our stay was not at all with our room, it was the elevators. The room was charming and well taken care of. The view was wonderful and the pools were fun to use. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this condo to anyone!

  This condo and vacation experience from beginning to end was first class all the way! The owners, Hector and Traci, are great to work with and they make the rental process a breeze. The condo is immaculate and the decor is beautiful! The kitchen is well equipped and very nice. We had 6 in our party and had more than enough space as this unit has a great floorplan and is very spacious. The keyless entry is a great feature and makes check-in easy. The parking garage is under the building which is very convenient. There is plenty of parking and the spaces are big enough for our Suburban which is a big plus. The swimming pools are huge and there are always lounge chairs available any time of day. We have spent many summers in Panama City Beach and this resort is at the top of our list!

  My husband and I spent Thanksgiving weekend here with our two little kids. My 4 year old loved having the kid-sized bunk room to herself! We thought the view off the balcony was magnificant. You can see the curvature of the earth as well as the many colors of the Gulf waters. The condo is clean, decorated nicely, and has a nice sized master suite. Hector and Traci were great to work with. No suprises, available when we called, and offered exceptional rates. We walked to Pier Park which I would only recommend doing if you don't have a stroller along as the sidewalks start and stop. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!

  Everything was absolutely wonderful! The condo was beautiful and clean! Hector and Traci were so easy to work with and as we had changes they responded quickly and with no problems at all. The units are on the upper floors which gives you a great view of the ocean and the sunsets were awesome. We had our wedding on the beach in front of the condo and it was convenient. Most of our guest stayed in Hector and Traci's units. All 3 of the units were just as nice. No complaints. We look forward to our net visit to PCB. Sharkey's is an easy walk down the beach or on the street side. Several guest walked to the pier to shop and eat.

  This condo looks just like the photos.. The decor. makes you feel right at home... The kitchen is very well stocked to make just about anything.. I loved the Maytag dishwasher with the silverware holder in the door... We did not have the greatest weather many days, so I truly utliized the kitchen on our stay.. I have a Bosch dishwasher at home (and been wanting to get rid of it, for they run for 4 hours) The washer & dryer are also Maytag in the unit.. The view from this condo is awesome.. There are lots of shopping close by. The owners are great people to deal with... We would recommend to family & friends!!

  We stayed in this condo July 2012. We could not have been more pleased, it was just beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Hector and Traci were wonderful to work with and we would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful home away from home.

  We stayed at this condo from Jan. 11-Mar. 31, 2012. It was beautiful....a true home away from home. The owners, Hector & Traci, were just fantastic to deal with. The condo is very tastefully furnished, clean, well kept, very spacious, just as the photos on the website show....no disappointments at all. Panama City Beach is a wonderful place to vacation and this condo will enable you to enjoy it to the full.
