Centrally air conditioned, but you will rarely need it in the mountains. Cozy up to the fireplaces on cool fall/winter nights. Weather is mild year 'round, with sunlight always lighting and warming this southernly exposed home.

Explore wooded trails with destinations such as "Buzzard's Roost" and "Rhododendron Run." Swimming pond is available for cooling off or fishing. Stewardship of the land with managed forests, U-Pick berries, cows and chickens are our top priority which you will see first hand as we seek to preserve the unique features of the property.

Amenities	Air Conditioning: Central air conditioning, but you'll rarely need it. We are in the cool Blue Ridge mountains where you'll need a covering every night of the year. Washer: New, large capacity washer. All soaps provided. Located right off the kitchen near the back door. Dryer: New, large capacity dryer. All softener sheets provided. Right off the kitchen on the main floor. Linens Provided: Cotton sheets, no feathers in the pillows for those sensitive to allergies. Many sizes of towels provided, even "beach" towels for the hot tub. Robes in every room. Garage: Push button garage door opener provided for a 2 car garage. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: We have a wide, flat driveway and can run an extension cord to your RV. Gas Fireplace: 2 fireplaces with remote controls add to ambiance.
