Other Marco Island Properties house description

3 Master Bedrooms with King sized beds with new mattresses and linens. Two of the bedrooms have walk in closets. Recently remodeled throughout with fresh paint, new kitchen, new A/C, new hurricane proof windows, window & door shades, and beautifully landscaped. It's really a beautiful house!
Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances.
Two 60' 'Smart' flat screen TVs with cable & fixed telephone. Hi Speed internet & wireless printer. Download Sonos app and have internet music throughout. Screened front entrance and rear lanai for beautiful breeze through the house when weather permits.
The pool is spectacular with negative edge. Plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor tables for barbecue in new grill. The dock is large and perfect to just relax or have a party. Landscaping & grounds/layout is exceptional. You will want to come back here, for sure!
The home is new on the rental market and is available for long term rentals as well as weekly. Designed and built for the owner to live in so everything is first class. Discounts available for longer stays. Cleaning and any other desires can be arranged. There are spaces on the dock for jet ski lift, a 24' fishing boat, and a 36' offshore boat. There is space for two jet skis, and space for a 36' boat but, no boat lifts for these two. For for the right client, a lift or lifts can be installed. Centrally located so all the restaurants, shopping, beach, etc. are close. There is a boat lift for a 24' boat: see below.

One week rental $800 plus $150 cleaning fee.
Tank is full when you start and you must fill it with regular gasoline prior to your departure (Yamalube Fuel Additive on boat [see directions]).
Deposit: $1150 and signed responsibility document.
Certainly one of the ultimate bay boats and handles well off-shore as well. Perfect for fishing.
Boat is fully equipped with GPS, VHS, Stereo, 8' Anchor pole, anchor, life jackets, live wells, electric trolling motor, cooler, flares and safety kit, etc.
There are two battery switches: one for start battery and other for electronics. Please remember to turn off switches after docking the boat.
An important guide to good docking is SLOW. Please be careful.
Be sure the boat is high enough on the lift sufficient for high tide.
There are a few fishing poles, but, if you are fanatical about equipment, please bring your own.
Fuel and bait are available in the “Park” store just prior to leaving the canals on the right hand side.
Requirements
As long as you are born before January 1st, 1988 Florida law does not require you to have a Boating license. If you were born on or after January 1st, 1988, you must have a Florida Boating Safety ID Card.
 
You must be an experienced boater and know how to read navigation charts.

Familiarize yourself with the boat and instrumentation; know how the boat operates prior to leaving the dock.

Obey all local and State laws and practice safety at all times. Listen to local weather reports.
 
Refuel the boat. There is fuel additive on the boat. Please read directions and use the fuel additive.

Marco has just about everything you could want on your vacation. The home has privacy and tranquility, yet is centrally located so you are close to everything. Pool and outside landscaping make the home particularly nice; included is a gas barbecue grill by the pool waterfall. Dock is very large and makes a nice place to catch some sun or relax in the evenings while listening to the fish jump.

About: I live in Rio de Janeiro a lot of the year where I have an Apartment Rental business for Tourists and Business people. Most of our customers are repeat clients and you will want to return to White heart Ct after one stay... for sure.

Why Other Marco Island Properties:
I bought this property because I wanted to get away from New York State taxes and make a comfortable, informal retirement home where I could fish and play golf whenever I wanted. I also wanted to get away from the cold winter weather in Saratoga Springs, NY.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
The house is located on a quiet Cul-de-sac while it is close to everything you could want. The house is really comfortable; it is informally elegant, while offering privacy yet close to all attractions. Whether it is sitting on the back lanai listening & watching the fish in the water, or sitting by the pool or a barbecue, it is a wonderful place to live and spend time.
