LOCATION:
The Dream Chalet is nestled at the edge of a 33 acre woodlands forest in a small community of cedar chalets. It’s conveniently located just off Interstate 26 Exit 40 at the south edge of Asheville close to restaurants, shopping and the Biltmore House. Walk the woodlands path from the back yard to the creek and tree bench swing. It is 15 minutes to downtown Asheville, downtown Hendersonville or the Biltmore House
LIVING ROOM:
The stunning living room has 20 foot cathedral ceilings, gas log stone fireplace, beautiful tapestry, luxurious comfortable couches, awesome massage chair, elegant furnishings and flat screen TV with built-in DVD/VCR for easy use. There’s even an extensive video library for your entertainment. Just beyond is the kitchen, laundry area, half bath and delightful sunroom.
KITCHEN:
The classy gourmet kitchen has tile counters, an island prep area with eating bar and bar stools for lookers-on, wood flooring and new appliances including a gas range/oven. (Don’t you just love cooking with gas!) This cook’s kitchen is set up with everything you need for preparing meals at home. The knives are sharp, there’s a multitude of quality cookware, coffeemaker and even a coffee grinder for your freshly brewed coffee. There’s an assortment of basic spices and plenty of storage space for your groceries. Serve your meals in the sunroom on cheerful hand-painted plates and quality silverware.
SUNROOM:
Just beyond the kitchen is an all-glass sunroom/dining room with skylights that looks out on the lovely woodlands and back deck with a large & powerful outdoor hot tub. Relax in the sofa (queen sleeper)and watch TV. The two large sliding doors open to the back deck eating area, gas grill & hot tub.
MASTER KING BEDROOM SUITE:
Upstairs from the living room, you’ll find a tastefully decorated romantic master bedroom suite with an ultra comfortable king bed. Luxuriate in the sumptuous cotton sheets, the butter soft blanket and elegant comforter. Your window is a bird’s eye view of the delightful forest below. There’s a TV/VCR/DVD for bedtime watching. You have large walk-in closet & small room with a baby crib. A tasteful bathroom featuring a skylight above your shower/Jacuzzi tub and soft cotton towels complete the master suite. Oh, don’t you love to be spoiled!
GUEST BEDROOMS:
Downstairs from the living room are a full bathroom and two bedrooms each with a quality queen bed and TV/DVD/VCR. One of the bedrooms has a four poster bed, a fun mural, children’s toys & stuffed animals. The bathroom is delightfully decorated, has a full tub and shower, and of course, wonderfully soft towels.
For additional sleeping, the sunroom has a new queen sleeper sofa that's comfortable and even has a back rest adjustment to recline. What a great setting to sleep in! Watch the stars from the windows and skylights that surround you.

We had a great stay at Dream Cottage. We were in Asheville after Thanksgiving to visit our daughter and the house was perfect for just hanging out and catching up. We loved the variety of games available and had a great night playing and talking. All of the little details were taken care and the kitchen (although we didn't do any major cooking) had everything we needed. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful house. Jim and Debbie Leich

Arrival was easy thanks to great directions and keyless entry to a "Dream" home already decorated for the holidays. Biltimore Estate tickets, grocery store frequent shopper cards and restaurant recommendations sitting on the kitchen counter made it easy to get settled the first night. It was just 5 minutes to shops and restaurants in Fletcher and arden or an easy drive into downtown asheville of 15 minutes on I-26. Being close to the airport (5 minutes) was important because of arriving guests, but we had no hint of airplane noise at Dream. These people had me in mind when they prepared their understandable directions for everything in the house (Tv's, hot tub, fireplace, washer dryer and the Massage Chair. We fixed Christmas dinner and found everything needed to prepare and serve the meal including the wine and champagne glasses. We replaced our annual Christmas day trip to the theater by watching several of the Dvd's provided in the house. We are a family of 5 adults and the Hot Tub, massage Chair and comfortable beds were very popular items to make our week a Dream. Thanks also for sending us the items we left behind.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing week at the Dream Chalet. We appreciated having the Biltmore tickets ready for us and especially appreciated being able to choose the days we spent there. The home was very nice--we especially loved the sunroom and looking out on the wooded area as well as the beautiful creek we could walk to. Everything worked well--we didn't even so much as need to change a light bulb. The instruction notebook and all the labels on light switches were very helpful. We also appreciated how clean everything was. We had a lovely time.

This was the most relaxing vacation we've ever had. The Chalet is just adorable. We had so much fun just looking at all it had to offer. We loved the decor in it and took lots of pictures. Our favorite spot was the sun room. We ate our meals there and relaxed on the sofa with the softest throws imaginable. Of course, having a TV in every room (except the bath of course) was a big plus, but we also enjoyed viewing the nature around us. The trail to the creek was longer than I thought, but was worth it. We visited the Biltmore House and appreciated the deal on tickets that were included in our stay. The Chalet is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Overall, we were very spoiled here and would highly recommend this to couples and families as there is something provided for everyone's interests.

We had a great time in asheville. We were 2 couples, each celebrating their 25th Wedding anniversary. The home was perfect in both location to asheville and the surrounding areas and for comfort and relaxation. Each couple had their own private accomodations with very comfortable beds. Dream Home is beautifully decorated and at the same time very cozy. Complete with all amenities you could think of. We all enjoyed the massage chair and hot tub. We all loved the funkiness of asheville, beauty of the Blue Ridge Parkway and adventure of the NOH White Water Rafting trip. Enjoyed our special night out at the Grove Park Inn for dinner - what a treat. The only negative is that we wished we were able to stay a few more days to explore more on the Blue Ridge Parkeway and the surrounding areas of Hendersonville and Bevard. We would love to come back and stay at the Dream house again.

My family and I had the good fortune of staying at the Dream Chalet for our vacation. The house was extraordinarily clean and delightfully comfortable. It is strategically located for easy access to Asheville and Hendersonville. There are a number of outstanding restaurants close by to the home. It was a week of rest and relaxation. It was a week of mountain biking and zip lines for my kids.

"It was everything we wanted and more." This beautiful home was a welcome sight after an 11 hour drive. The three floors were great and provided privacy and quiet for all of us. Walking the trail to the little creek with the tree swing was a great way to start my day. And the hot tub was a perfect way to end our busy day of hiking, biking and rafting. The dream Chalet is perfectly located to all sorts of places like waterfalls and hiking and biking trails in Dupont and Pisgah. Dolly's was awesome for ice cream after hiking. We really enjoyed dinner in asheville at the Mellow Mushroom and dessert at the Chocolate Lounge after a day in Hot Springs. We also tried river rafting with the Blue Heron Co. They were very informative and most accommodating. Our trip was fantastic and the Dream Chalet was an awesome place to stay.

"Peaceful, Relaxing, Comfortable" We had a wonderful stay at the Dream Chalet. Everything was perfect. The accommodations are top notch. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the asheville area. The scenic drives (and bike rides) on the Blueridge Parkway are wonderful. We enjoyed visiting Hendersonville. There is a lot of good shopping and dining there. We toured the Biltmore and thoroughly enjoyed this and would recommend this as a "must see". We like the location of the home because it was right in the middle of Hendersonville and down town asheville so either of these locations were not very far. My husband I make it a point to still do our exercise while on vacation and there are several nice Ymca's in the area so we were able to still get our exercise in. We would definitely come back and stay again and would recommend the Dream Chalet to family and friends.

"Great Vacation Home!" The house was extremely well stocked, better than any we have rented before. The home was comfortable. The hot tub was fantastic. We enjoyed the short trail and stream in the back yard. The location was great for the Biltmore, restaurants, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Stephanie and Robert were very helpful when we made the reservation and more so while we were at the home.
