South Walton’s famous 18-mile long Timpoochee Bike Trail is just steps away, as is beautiful Eastern Lake Nursery & Gardens.
This two-story home has been completely renovated from top to bottom. No detail has been left out. Great for 4 couples or for two families to share. Private pool may heated to 86 degrees for an additional $30 per day fee, and is surrounded by lush landscaping designed by local nursery, Eastern Lake Nursery & Gardens. Each designer-decorated bedroom has fabulous furniture, exquisite bed linens, lamps, wall hangings and mirrors. Home is equipped with wireless high speed internet connectivity and 6 flat panel TVs!
Enter the first floor to find the first of two family rooms and large adjoining tiled kitchen. Kitchen features Silestone countertops, stainless appliances, top end accessories and ample, rich cabinetry. Large rectangular wooden kitchen table with 5 chairs is in the kitchen. Additional separate tiled dining area features elegant round glass table surrounded by 4 leather-cushioned chairs and marble-topped buffet. Adjacent family area features beautiful sofa and side chair to accommodate the kids and guests. Kids can watch the huge 40” wall-mounted flat screen TV while parents cook dinner. The laundry room, with full sized stackable washer/dryer, is just off this family area. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor accommodating elderly guests. One Queen bedroom features bureau with a flat panel TV. Hall bath with tub/shower serves the queen bedroom and the kitchen area. Second Queen bedroom with incredible armoire also has a flat panel TV, a private bath with tub/shower, a walk-in closet and a private door leading directly out to the pool.
Grand open staircase leads to absolutely huge 2nd floor family entertainment room. Entertainment room features a 44” flat panel TV, poker/game table surrounded by 4 chairs, full sized bar with sink, mini fridge, cabinets and large eat-on bar area and 4 barstools, queen sleeper sofa, love seat that folds out to a twin bed, and door leading to 2nd story deck overlooking pool. This is an incredible space for entertaining or just hanging out! Third Queen bedroom with fine furnishings and bedding, yet another flat panel TV, and a private door leading out to the deck. Hall bath with shower serves the entertainment room and queen bedroom. King bedroom with beautiful bedding and bureau also has a flat panel TV, a private bath with jetted tub, separate shower, and a private door leading from the bedroom directly out to the deck. Wrap-around 2nd story deck features iron/mesh chairs and iron/glass table for outdoor dining, ample additional seating, relaxing views of the pool. Charcoal BBQ grill is poolside. Smith & Hawken table and 4 chairs are poolside for outdoor dining. Parking for 2 to 4 cars in gravel driveway.
