The house was modern and clean but still had the Seal Beach vibe. Everything was high end and stocked with all the necessities. Great communication with owner, will definitely book in the future.
Celebrated our 50th with my girls and we had a wonderful time. The host greeted us and showed us how everything works. The house is so cute and perfect. I highly recommended, and would love to stay again. Thank you!
We stayed in the back of the house cottage and really enjoyed our time there. The cottage is super cute and clean and has a garage so you don't have to find parking and a patio area for relaxing outside. The starfish cottage is an easy short stroll to the chill, quiet end of the beach, which was great for viewing numerous firework displays on the 4th of July. We even had dolphins about 100 feet off the beach. Short scenic stroll to the pier and Main street. Good times.
It's like visiting your favorite Grandmother, but she lives at the beach :)

My wife and I have stayed in rentals from S OC and started migrating up the OC coast...I grew up going to SB and this was the first time back in over 30 years and I have to say, this is the sort of place, as a child, I always wished I could stay in.
Parking for 1 car, no big deal, SB is small and Kathleen is very helpful in letting you know where to park.
First off, the house is comfortable, hence the Grandmother reference. Lots of counter space, great kitchen, beds and pillow super comfortable, just open the front arcadia door then the slider in the master bedroom, perfect temp.
Everything was spotless, bathrooms are very neat and tidy.
It's literally a 2min walk to Main street where you can do just about anything. If you need to go to the store, you can literally walk up 12th st and go to Pavillions, if you're not buying too many things.
If this place is open, don't hesitate to rent it.
The home is gorgeous, close to everything, very easy to live in. Hosts are wonderful people, super responsive and accommodating. You will love the home and neighborhood. Also remarkably quiet for Southern California beach town.
Lucked our way into staying at this gem prior to leaving for our cruise.
The neighborhood is very quiet, the house is beautiful and you can hear the ocean right outside the front door. It’s a super easy couple of steps to get to the beach.
Property managers are highly communicative and welcoming. The house is beautifully maintained and has all the things you may need to enjoy your stay. This is a more residential area with grocery stores and activities within easy distance. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street since it fills up fast but wasn’t an issue as we ubered to most places and that was reasonably priced also. I’m only sad we weren’t here longer.
