In early April, the roar of Grand Prix race cars echoes through the city streets of Long Beach (just a mile north) during the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach. Weekends host a Farmers Market in the nearby Alamito’s Bay Marina - and don’t miss the nearby Aquarium of the Pacific at Shoreline Village, at the foot of Pine Street in Long Beach. This is a harbor side shopping center with specialty shops, restaurants, a restored Looff carousel, and occasional live boardwalk entertainment.

This beach cottage was clean, charming and had all the amenities needed for a fun and relaxing vacation! No car necessary; walk to sites, restaurants, shops, fast food, etc. Was able to allow my teens to be independent without worrying. Plenty of activities for families, couples and singles alike. One of our best family vacations ever! Nancy sure knows how to make a rental feel like "a home away from home".

What a great place to spend my vacation! I like Seal Beach because it's hidden between Los Angeles and Orange County, untouched by the fast-paced world. The cottage is beautifully decorated and within walking distance to everything we needed. I look forward to returning next year.

What an awesome getaway this cottage provides!!! We actually live in LA, but look forward to all the time that we can spend at the beach here in the summer - it's perfect: gorgeous, quiet beach, cute little town in walking distance - the whole place is super charming & relaxing. We really feel like we are "away" when we are here -- I only wish we could live at the cottage year round!!! ~ Mama with two little ones :)

Our family had such a good time! The cottage is charming and so cute. It is only a few steps to the sand and the beachs are not crowded. Also, it is close to Main Street where there are coffe shops, ice cream shops and boutiques. It is very relaxing with a small town atmosphere. We are looking forward to renting it again next year.

I loved the cottage. It is a grat lokation from the beach (only a few steps) and clos to Main street. The atmosfer is very relaxed with uncrouded beaches. We had a wonderful time!
