  • Best quiet accommodation in a very busy town!

"We stayed in the cottage with friends staying in the studio (people we didn't know were in the house, but we never saw or heard them.) The cottage was PERFECT for my husband and I. We loved that it was so close to shops and restaurants (you can walk) yet it wasn't crowded and noisy like so many of the places our other friends were staying at. Loved the lawn area and out door setting, although we couldn't sit outside when raining as there is no solid roof over the outdoor setting. The cottage had everything we needed, and we were very pleased when we realised we even had free wi-fi enabling us to use our i-pad to maintain contact with our young children we left behind! I could not recommend this place enough, it is fantastic. I would definitely stay again if we were ever to return to Maui, and would recommend this to anyone we know visiting Maui!"

  • Clean, Quiet, Central and Overall Great Location!

"It was our first time in Maui and Daniel's condo had everything we needed (beach equipment, towels, iron, washer/dryer etc). He was also very accessible via email and got back to us right away if we had a question or concern about anything condo or Maui related! Free WiFi helped us share pictures with family and friends back home and a phone for long distance calls/local calls was great for emergencies or making reservations. It was a very well-kept, clean, quiet - overall beautiful studio. The view of the mountains at sunrise were stunning! Even though it would be considered South Maui, it was central to most places. Anything you need is just down Kihei and you are just a few steps away from the beach. It has a very local atmosphere (nothing like being at a hotel, meaning you'll definitely feel like you live there), we were mistaken to be locals several times! The only downside to the condo was that the room was located near the doors to the staircase (condo on the second floor), therefore every time someone left our floor the door would slam closed and we could hear it every single time - but it's a VERY SMALL concern considering you'd most likely spend most of your time outside the condo!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Maui, especially first timers. We would for sure rent from Daniel again if and when we decide to go back to Maui! Mahalo Daniel!"

  • Cozy Condo

"This was our first time using vrbo and were relieved the process was so simple and straightforward. Susan's instructions were clear and she was available whenever we needed to contact her. The condo was clean and well-equiped. It was stocked with everything we could possibly imagine -- kitchen supplies, beach gears, sunblock, towels, coolers. We had a slight hiccup with internet outage for the first few days but Susan was quick to address it. If we're ever back in Maui, we would definitely rent from Susan again."

  • What a great location for a Tempurpedic bed!

"Conveniently located and spacious, well-maintained condo unit. Finally being able to try out a Tempurpedic mattress was a blessing considering how long we had talked about finding a place with one regardless of the location, and here it was just where we wanted to be! Since the unit overlooks the office and pool area, it can get quite noisy at times. It would be nice to have a two smaller end tables in the bedroom rather than just one larger one and ideally, a second air-conditioner there (in the bedroom). We must say though that the maintenance staff were fast in responding to a problem we had with the ceiling fan!"
