  • Great place for a restful vacation

"We two spent 28 days during February - March of 2015 in this Condo unit. We found it to be clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We have no complaints with the condo building or its management, and fully recommend others to vacation at this Maui Vista Condo. Facilities are as described by the owners."

  • Fantastic accommodations, beyond exceeded our expectations!

"This was my first time to Hawaii and I could not have been more pleased with the choice of VRBO. This gorgeous gem had a feel of a 'home away from home". We arrived late Friday evening and after a short 20 minute drive from the airport, part way along the breathtaking ocean side road, we arrived to a place that exceeded our expectations. This two story condo has a gorgeous view of palm trees and the ocean, with many tropical birds singing away. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee on the patio, and with the handy bird book on the coffee table, reference the many birds that would fly by to say hello. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath loft style condo has a gorgeous winding stairwell that wides up to the second floor master bedroom, enough room for 4 people, even 6 if a couple and the kids does not mind crashing on the comfy couch. Owners Barb and Sean were in contact very promptly with an email that explaining everything, they answered all our questions in a timely matter and we felt extremely comfortable renting their place. The unit is very clean, two bathrooms complete with showers and extra towels. A large kitchen with a huge island complete with everything you would need to either start your day (coffee maker, toaster etc) or to cook yourself a feast for dinner. The location is perfect, a 30 second walk across the street to a gorgeous beach. We snorkelled almost every morning seeing many colourful fish! Watch out for those sea urchins though! Ouch! Beach crowds were minimal, in fact we had the entire place to ourselves on several evening occasions. Close walk to many great places in the area. We enjoyed an evening at the Moose Pub and even walked over for sandwiches at 808 Bistro, amazing sandwiches there! Close drive to a great shopping mall where we bought souvenirs at the ABC store! We took a short cab ride to attend a Luau at The Grande Wailea, and a breakfast buffet at the Four Seasons. Definetly will stay here again on our next venture to the Maui! Can't wait to make many more memorable memories. Sean and Barb's place was definitely the cherry on top of a perfect vacation."

  • 6 STARS!

"We rented the condo in April of 2015 and had a spectacular time! The condo was extremely clean and neat. The kitchen had so many extra things that normally aren't included in short term rentals. After our stay we joined our company at the Hyatt in Lahaina and I MISSED THE COMFORTABLE BED that this condo had!! Our next time in Maui we will schedule our vacation around the availability of this unit. Thank you Jim!"

  • Lovely place to stay

"I, my wife and my kid stayed at Chuck's condo for 11 days. Renting rate (including tax + cleaning) was cheapest in Maui when I compared to other condo in Maui. When we arrived, the condo was quite clean and neat with everything we expected for the vacation. Refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking utensils were clean and good condition. There was no washer + dryer in the unit but there was coin-machine by the condo office ($5 washing +drying). Lots of beach towel for using. The condo itself was quite close to Kamaole Beach 2 (5 min walking). At night, we can walked along the beach and enjoyed ocean air. Since the condo was 5 minutes away from the main street, you could not hear any noise from the restaurant/bar. The condo management also advised everyone living in the condo not to make any noise after 10:00pm. The only minor concern we had was the garden sprinkler system which was turned on for 5-10 minutes around 11:00pm every other day. We could hear it from the bedroom. In the first day, we were awake but we got used to the sound. I don't believe this is the issue because you can easily ask the condo management to change the timer of the sprinkler system to early evening instead of late evening? Grocery store (Foodland) was about 5 minute driving. There were other beautiful beaches in the south as well (10-15 minutes driving). We loved the area but it was not totally isolated like other beautiful and luxury condo. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with Chuck's place. We definitely stay at his place again when we revisit Maui. Your place was the best!"
