WELCOME TO 'MOKU HALE' (Our Hawaiian Island Home) on Kauai’s SUNNY south shore. This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, oceanview condominium is #211 at the Kahala Resort, which is one of Poipu's most beautifully landscaped and well maintained condominium complexes. Kahala borders two of Kauai’s best beaches, 'Shipwreck Beach' and the World famous 'Poipu Beach'.

Poipu Beach has been voted 'Best Beach' in America by the Travel Channel and for good reason with so much to offer. Your children will love the calm waters, where they can explore the underwater world with a mask and snorkel. The small waves are good for beginning boogie borders but there’s a surfing area for those experienced surfers as well. Other frequent visitors to this beach are the beloved Hawaiian Monk Seals who come here to rest in the sun just like we do!

The beach park has restrooms, showers, picnic tables and pavilions as well as a large lawn area with shade trees. It is also one of the very few beaches on the island with lifeguards.

Back at the condo, enjoy all the conveniences of being at home. The master suite features a Cal King bed, walk in closet and a beautiful stone walk-in shower for two. The kitchen has everything you would ever need to create an island feast, just in case feel like dining at home and watching the sun set from your lanai.

To satisfy your entertainment needs, you will find this condo well stocked with electronic 'goodies'. We have Free High Speed, Wireless Internet, Stereo CD player, TV and DVD player.

A perfect spot in paradise

We loved the location (could walk to the beaches and to nearby restaurants), our unit was comfortable and well stocked with full kitchen, games, and best of all - beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards of various sizes, and a great pool. The communication was outstanding. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!!

Kahala 211

Location, location, location. Close to pool, close to beaches, close to restaurants. There is some deferred maintenance on this property - the jalousie windows in the bedrooms are stuck; can't be opened further nor closed. The warm air coming in all day and night forces the A/C in the master bedroom to run constantly and that is the only room that benefits from the cooling.

Great option in Poipu

House was in a great location with easy access to Poipu beach. Was safe and comfortable, and we loved having the pool steps away when we wanted to hang out and take a swim. We spent most of our time out and about, so the house was a perfect home base. Chad the property manager was very helpful and responded to any questions quickly.

BabyCation!

Last vacay before the kids have their first child. SO much to do SO CLOSE by! We loved the beach, dining, & proximity to attractions. It was nice feeling part of a “community” yet having our own space. Perfect size.

Good location, easy walk to shipwreck and Poipu beaches. Nice pool steps away. Hot tub was only hot a couple of visits 95 degrees most of the time. Condo had beach towels, cooler,chairs, boogie boards, everything you need for a day at the beach. I would stay again.

This condo is perfectly situated! A short walk to Poipu beach and you'll have snorkeling, swimming, and at sunset you can watch the turtles come to spend the night on the sandy beach. You might even see a monk seal sunning himself. Kalapaki Joe's is super close and a great place for a meal. The condo is nicely appointed but could use some more silverware or you'll be running the dishwasher every day. There is AC in the master bedroom only but the open windows and ceiling fans help. There is a closet full of anything you might need for a day at the beach, chairs, snorkel equipment, coolers, umbrella, etc. The pool is just steps from your front door. And it's a wonderful pool. Not huge but so welcoming after a long hot day exploring the island. Chad is great. He will answer any of your questions. Just don't check in early as it upsets the housekeeping staff. You will enjoy your stay in this condo.

Great Vacation!

We've been leaving our husbands at home and taking a "girls' trip" to Kauai for past 11 years. In the past, we've stayed in Kapaa and in Lihue, but this was our first time staying in Poipu. We loved it! The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, steps away from the pool & a very short walk to Poipu Beach. We'd recommend it to anyone.

Unforgettable Spring Break

Don’t be fooled by the pictures, this unit is a dream. We scoured the Internet, trying to find the perfect location for a family of 5( 2 adults and three teenagers). We wanted something close to the beach but also access to the pool and then of course, walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. This unit exceeded all expectations. We’ve stayed at multiple rental units in the past and I have never been in one as well equipped as this one. Whether it’s kitchen supplies, beach supplies, cooking supplies… you name it it’s all there for you. At this price point, you won’t find a better value given its location. Just a note the third kid will end up on a pull out in the living room, but it was actually quite comfortable!!

Location is great

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the entire island, easy trips to both sides. Poipu Beach is a 5 minute walk. Fun to watch the sea turtles, swim, and snorkle. This unit has everything needed (chairs, beach umbrella, body boards, etc.) for a day at the beach, couldn't ask for more!

Wonderful oasis in paradise!

Great place, great location! Poipu and Koloa are great towns with lots of restaurants and markets. The place itself is laid out great and has plenty of room!

We loved the condos proximity to Poipu Beach…walked there every evening. The entire south side of the island was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and well kept property

The condo is very nice - has all of the amenities you would want for a longer stay (kitchen, laundry, etc) The location is a very short walk to beaches and especially close to the beach where sea turtles rest at night. Just a 5-10 minute walk to see sea turtles in the morning. There's not a ton of local food nearby, so if you want a non-hotel restaurant culinary experience expect to drive.
