Beautiful condo with breathtaking views in the Skyland community of Crested Butte. Located just 2 miles from downtown (walk/bike/CX ski on the trail along Slate River into town) and 4 mile drive to base of Mt. Crested Butte.
Open floor plan with vaulted ceiling. Real wood burning fireplace and fully loaded kitchen.
Maintained walking paths throughout community and short walk to cross country skiing/ hiking/ biking trails (Upper Loop, Strand and Teo). Beautiful views of Mt Crested Butte and Whetstone Mountain from every window.

* Crested Butte is a rural mountain community - wifi is available but can go out sometimes
* You must be able to climb stairs to access this property
*Guest’s PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED per the HOA. Please leave your pets at home.

Please PARK in spot #8. Addl. parking on opposite side of lot. No Trailers/ campers allowed. No skis or bikes allowed in building (use bike rack).
Please DO NOT rearrange our furniture (or kitchen). Furniture must stay away from the fireplace for safety.

We had a great stay. The property was clean and decorated very cute. The neighborhood was very quiet but offered nice trails for walking and the golf club was very nice. This community was also very convenient to downtown Crested Butte. We would recommend this property.

Peaceful stay in Crested Butte

We enjoyed the stay in this condo! Everything was super comfortable and roomy - beautiful views of the mountains surrounding Crested Butte and close access to all hiking trails. We liked that it wasn’t in the resort - it’s just south of downtown and out next to the very quiet country club. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing!!

Great spot in Crested Butte / Incredible Views

This was a great condo to stay at in CB. We come to CB often to visit our daughter who goes to Western and this was the best place we have stayed at. The views of the Butte are incredible. The condo is remodeled, clean and quiet. It also has great access to trails to town. We loved it and will stay here again!

We loved our time in this property. Crested Butte is amazing and the location of the condo is amazing. From the condo you can bike to downtown, walk to a river, or walk to a lake. The condo itself was lovely and the owners were very helpful. We had an amazing stay and I didn't want to leave.

Our home has amazing mountain views and is surrounded by well maintained trails and open land. When we travel from Denver, it's nice to get away from the hustle and bustle and truly relax in the beauty of the Skyland community of Crested Butte. It is a short two miles to the heart of downtown and four miles to the base of the mountain for more hiking and alpine skiing!
