Enjoy this Mariners Watch villa, just steps to the beach and Night Heron Park, located in East Beach Village. Boasts a new Pottery Barn full-size sleeper sofa, with a comfy chaise lounge. This top floor villa features a cathedral ceiling in the main living area, as well as the screened porch. Bathroom with shower-bathtub combination. The screened porch is already our favorite "room" - perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage while taking in the lagoon view.

Nice place, very short and easy walk to beach

Great communication and check-in instructions. Take the advice and print the entrance pass before you go!!! Easy to find and the location is great for the beach but also for the Night Heron Park and Nest (store). The walk to the beach is very short and the boardwalk is easy to manage with a full wagon. There are even bathrooms on the 18th boardwalk. The space was perfect for 2 adults. There are tons of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. We cooked often and had everything we needed. All the walking trails were great to get out and walk/run and to see the island.

Nice property & Great location!

This very nice property is just across the street from Night Heron Park and the new Nest deli. It is also a very short walk to the beach. Most of the furnishings and appliances are new. It’s an end unit so it has windows on 3 sides so there’s plenty of daylight.

Not a Good Experience

Owner did not leave us a good contact number, only responded with text messages and a number that would not accept voice mail messages. When we did leave follow up texts there was no response. There was good WiFi, but no broadcast TV, just a dozen streaming services that required an account to access. We tried contacting owner to determine how to get broadcast channels but got no response. Halfway through the week our gate pass expired to the property and after no response from owner the security team got a hold of her (they had her real number) and she apologized to them for the error but not us ! We did get a closing email from her HOPING we had a great stay ! Over all the property is in less than average condition and we would never rent from her or this location again !

Spring Break 2023

The place was really outdated and not very clean. The floors were dirty, many large cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, big dead bugs in the bathroom light, and the windows (and window seals) were dirty and a couple of the blinds were broken. The sleeper sofa was broken and not suitable for sleeping. We were sent an air mattress. This place should not say it sleeps 4, it honestly sleeps two. We loved the location and we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch! I did also have to wipe down the chairs and the rails before spending time out there. Also, there were a ton of cobwebs all over the walls and screens. I vacuumed what I could. We had fun, I just wish our place had been nicer. Also, I loved that my little Yorkie was allowed to be there. I hope this helps the owners and property management to better understand what people would like during their stay.

Nice basic couples getaway with beach and forest!!

This location was great: just steps from the beach, and with the added benefit of being in the forest where the cool breezes and bird songs help you relax in a different way than the beach does! Our dog loved watching the pond from the screened-in patio & our walks on the convenient walking/biking trails nearby. The condo was bright, generally clean, and had strong wifi! The property manager sent helpful and easy instructions before our arrival. The kitchen is on the small side, so it works best if only one person is cooking.
