Oliver Beach House is the ultimate getaway oasis! This newly remodeled home is located on a quiet street just steps from the sand and bay.

In your request to book, please include a detailed description of all guests, ages, and the nature of your stay at Oliver Beach House.

This gorgeous house sleeps 6-9 guests. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, the second bedroom has two double beds, and the third mini-bedroom has a single bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the bonus room and a rollaway single cot to use in the room of your choice. There are two full-size bathrooms + private outdoor shower to rinse off after beach activities. We offer great amenities such as a full-size kitchen with brand new appliances and gorgeous dining room table, big grassy private backyard, large outdoor seating around a glass fire pit, dining area, brand-new high-quality furniture and bedding, and beach equipment such as chairs and cooler. The entire beach house was designed with taste in mind, and each piece of furniture and décor was individually selected to create a beautiful space.
Oliver Beach House is perfect for families- we prefer no spring breakers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or other rowdy groups.

Amazing!

Has everything your family will need and more! The extra cot was perfect for my family. The location is perfect smack dab in the center of everything! minutes to the beach or bay by walking. Worth the money! Can’t wait to stay again. The neighbors were so friendly too!

Perfect House for a family with kids

We come every summer to Mission Bay and this house was great for my young family. The yard is great for the kids to run around and it was a very close walk to the Bay which is where we prefer to hang out. Parking was also a huge bonus as we drive larger vehicles. The house met our needs and we enjoyed our stay!

Fully stocked and within walking distance to so much fun!

My 6 family members ranging from 4 to 69 stayed here for a week and it was incredible! We felt right at home and never wanted for anything. I can’t speak highly enough about the cleanliness and the attention to detail in this house! Such a wonderful and welcoming spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Pacific Beach! Thank you!

PB Family Vacation

Property was very clean and spacious. The 3rd bedroom (bed with a office table) is located inside the master bedroom. It worked for our kids but may not for sharing adults. Kitchen was well equipped. There were bogey boards, chairs games etc. Overall, location was fantastic, short walk to the Pacific Beach, Mission Bay, and restaurants. Absolutely would stay again.

What a beautiful beach house! Everything was absolutely wonderful. The house is described exactly how it really is. Super clean, well stocked, steps to the bay and beach and very comfortable for our family of 7 (3kids). The hosts thought of everything, from the well stocked kitchen to the bathrooms full of amenities to the beautiful backyard. We will be back. Thank you Sharon.

Fantastic house in great location!

This is a great property for families. The location is excellent with a short walk to the bay or the beach and very close to many of the best family attractions. The host was very responsive and great to work with. The house is clean and very well equipped. We highly recommend this place!

Cute PB gem

The house was very nice, I think it was actually nicer than the photos. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and hanging out at the house. It is in a fantastic location in PB, everything is walkable. The owner Sharon was very responsive. I would certainly stay there again.

Perfect house for a weekend getaway with family

This property was amazing. Great location easy to walk to many restaurants and the beach. The kitchen was great for cooking so much space for our whole family to be together. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous property

We were in town for Family Weekend at SDSU…this property was beautiful and in a great location…walking distance to PB and Mission Bay! Also, quick and convenient drive to SDSU and allowed for some “down time” for our student! Would absolutely book again!

Tropical Resort Style Escape with the privacy of home!

The property is absolutely beautiful! Immaculate landscaping, very clean, large kitchen w/all the cookware to prepare meals, comfortable beds and great pillows. It was so nice to be walking distance from some of the best coffee spots, restaurants, sport’s bars to catch all of the Sunday football games and the beach…literally 1 minute to the beach! We were worried about street parking availability on the weekend but did not have any issues at all. My family rates this property a 10 out of 10. Best 5 days and 4 nights we’ve spent in SD in over 2 years.

Cute, clean, and close to the bay

We had the best time in San Diego while staying at this property. It was extremely clean, very cute, and had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked all our meals at the house and used the grill. We had young children with us so the close proximity to the bay was ideal. The backyard is quite large with a big grassy lawn that the kids loved running around on. We used the fire pit once the kids went to bed which was perfect for the chilly evening. Also, we were pleasantly surprised that there was parking available (a luxury in San Diego). We felt that the description of the bedrooms wasn’t clear and were a little surprised when we got to the house. There are two bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has a queen bed (this is the one they call the master) and good size closet. The other, very spacious bedroom, has two full beds, a large closet, and a bathroom. We assumed the “master” had the bathroom but that wasn’t the case. In the room with the two full beds, is the little bonus room with the twin bed. So you have to walk through the bedroom with the two full beds to get to the twin. It ended up working out fine for us but might not for other people depending on their situation.

Well-stocked, clean, beautiful property and great location. Close to beach and bay, restaurants, grocery store and other attractions are just a short drive. Host has thoughtfully stocked the house with basics, toiletries and outdoor games/beach essentials. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Place to stay

The house was as pictured and described in the listing although one of the bedroom is a bit small but fit a single person just fine. Everything was new and clean. I have stayed at a few vacation rentals and this is by far the best one for the price. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for gathering. All the utensils and cookware are new and clean to use which I was pleasantly surprised because the places I stayed at before, I wouldn't use their utensils. It's a short block from the beach although we didn't use their beach stuffs but it's there. Sharon was very sweet. She dropped of a few yummy pastries for us on Father's Day! I would definitely go back if we plan another SD trip.
