Enjoy a couples getaway, or bring along a little one in a spacious carriage house with largest porch in WaterColor. The house is located in phase three with terrific and expansive views of the state forest, and a four minute bike ride to the Beach Club.
This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The barn door separating the master from the living room makes this 500 square foot house feel very open and spacious. It is a perfect set up and roomy enough for a one week rental.
Rental of this unit can allow you access to the outdoor kitchen and patio.

Loved the B'Wana cottage. Had everything we needed and was an easy bike ride to town (bikes included.) We will be back!
The carriage house was a wonderful relaxing place to stay. The house was clean and beautifully designed. The upper deck looked out onto a national forest while the smell of sweet honeysuckle filled the air. It was very quiet and calming both in the morning and evenings. Below deck was a fire pit, lounge seating and a large grill which we made sure to use. There were bikes to use on property which afforded us the ability to not have to get in the car once we arrived. We had easy access to both the beach club and the frog pool- both were great. I've stayed at Watercolor before with larger groups and really liked the location of this property the best as it's tucked away and you can't see neighbors on all sides. Definitely worth a return trip!
The carriage house has fun, lively decor, including a comfortable bedroom and a nicely equipped kitchen/ sitting area. The high ceilings are a nice touch. The house was clean and well kept. While we didn't use the outdoor patio (at the base of the stairs, under the overhanging porch) it looked like a good place to hang out and chat. An outdoor shower is available there as well.
This carriage house is in a great location, near the back of Watercolor. A state forest is located right across the road, so you can sit on the porch and "chill" - reading or watching for birds or other wildlife if you wish. It's neither as noisy nor as heavily traveled as some of the streets closer to 30A. Yet, if you want to visit the restaurants, shops, Watercolor Beach Club, or Watercolor Inn, the bike ride (the owner's bikes were available for our use) across the Western Lake footbridge is a quick 5 minutes. Seaside is just a few minutes further on the bike. The Watercolor "Frog" Pool is just a few hundred yards away, if you prefer a quieter pool scene than that found at the Beach Club. There is an abundance of restaurants within a short drive. Also, the drive to the nearby supermarket is a quick five minutes, bypassing the traffic congestion in Seaside when you "head out the back way."
The owner was very helpful - he worked with us when our originally requested dates weren't available. Also, the concierge service interaction (getting the keys, Beach Club passes, etc.) was trouble free.
Overall, this is a great place for a couple to spend some "R & R" time - I would definitely recommend it to friends.
