Guests enjoy a prime location just a 2-minute walk (one block) from beach access at the Coleman Pavilion, complete with complimentary Cabana Man beach service, including two chairs and an umbrella from March 1 through November 30. Explore Seaside’s vibrant town center with renowned restaurants, boutique shops, the amphitheater, and Black Bear Bread Co., all within easy walking distance.

Inside, each room features a plush queen bed with luxurious Peacock Alley linens, stylish Serena & Lily furnishings, and a clean, modern beach aesthetic. Thoughtful touches include a custom built-in desk, Nespresso coffee station, small refrigerator, glassware, and ample storage to settle in comfortably. The spa-inspired bathroom boasts a marble-tiled shower with rainfall and hand-held showerheads, a spacious vanity, and two plush robes for relaxing in style. * The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and a 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age allowed; and Adults Only Residence.

First Time Staying in Seaside

I decided to stay for a few days before meeting my family in Destin for our annual summer beach trip. Suffice it to say that I had a great time. The Court was the perfect place to relax, unwind and venture out to explore the town. Everything is within easy walking distance. The room was beautifully appointed and clean, and Dan the concierge was always available to answer any questions I had. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel and the shower was amazing. I would highly recommend the Seaside Homeowner's Collection and The Court in particular to friends and family. I'm already planning a return visit.

The outside porch is great- like an outdoor living room. It is right in the middle of Seaside with a short walk to the beach where your chair & umbrella awaits- included in your stay. You can walk right next door every morning to Black Bear & get your coffee & breakfast. And at night it is a quiet stay. We will definitely return!

great place for just me!

nice place for just me! very tiny-just a bed and bathroom really, but decor was nice. staff was nice and very accommodating. really really great location!! nice that the place is private w a guests only inner courtyard. would have been nice to have a few more dishes bowls silverware etc but other than that it was a great place to stay:)

Cozy Gem in the heart of Seaside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So lucky to find this cozy gem in the heart of Seaside! The location is right next to the amphitheater and across the street from the beach and everything you would need/want is within a two minute walk. The court is secluded so you have peace and quiet but can step out into the liveliness of the city within a few seconds. The room is beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed/sheets and gorgeous bathroom. A bonus was the large stainless steel insulted water jug, two individual insulted water bottles, and some heavy duty plastic cups all perfect for taking to the beach where are chairs were set up and ready for us. There is a water and ice machine around the corner to fill up the jug and bottle. Parking was super easy and convenient. The communication with Dan was the best part, so important to have clear communication. He was very helpful all through our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone, we will be back!
