Nice getaway

Great condo and centrally located. My wife and I enjoyed walking to Coligny Park everyday. Great restaurants and shops. Beach access was just a short walk. Beach was perfect.

Just what we were looking for!

This property was very accurate to the description and perfect for a beach trip. The management company also was very communicative and they left some nice gifts for us in the unit. Very thoughtful and they treated us very well.

Awesome place for one or two people!

I cannot begin to emphasize what a great property this is. The location is literally a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Harris Teeter and nice restaurants. The property itself is well appointed. Comfy sofa and bed, nice bathroom, easy to use TV and modern galley kitchen. Also included is a washer/dryer and gas grille making this an awesome place. The grille saved me hundreds of dollars in restaurant bill, much of which I reinvested in the Tiki Hut, a great beach bar a short walk from the property. Highly recommend this place for a single or couple.

They thought of everything!

We were extremely impressed with all of the finishing touches on this condo! Loved the decor!! Very much appreciated all of the storage in the bedroom and the USB outlets everywhere. The only thing i recommend be updated is the bed. The platform bed was awesome but the mattress could use to be replaced. I highly recommend a bed in the box mattress from Amazon. They are inexpensive but so comfortable. We will definitely book this one again, though. It was our favorite at this resort so far and we have been coming for years.

Reviewer Comments: Close to everything and nice clean “beachy” condo....had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. 2 minute drive to the grocery store. Tons of restaurants with wide variety 5- 10 minute drive away. Good golf courses ~ 15 minutes away as well as a community centre with pickleball courts costing $5 pp per day.. property management was very prompt in fixing our only issue, a small tv problem

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for my stay. The condo was clean and well equipped. The management company provided many items most rentals do not provide. Salt, pepper, foil, cooking spray, bottled water, cookies, boxed popcorn, fresh flowers, washer detergent dish detergent along with a packaged sponge, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, tissues, kitchen garbage bags, bathroom soap dispenser. Plenty of bathroom towels and two very nice beach towels. The washer was perfect. The dryer was a bit small-did not use this. Wall hair dryer not so great. The king size bed was very comfortable as were the pillows and bedding. Sofa very comfortable and clean. There is a utility closet with several beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys. There is a nice patio with a small table and chairs that overlooks a lagoon. Did not see any alligators. There is a gas grill on the patio. There are two pools in the complex. One is behind the building directly across from the condo. You have to look for the entrance, was not easy to find. The other pool is several buildings away. Both pools very nice and clean. Lots of beach chairs around the pool, I did not sea any umbrellas or tables. The beach is a short walk across S. Forrest Beach Dr. There is a walking path and the building is very close to the path. There was a beach chair/umbrella set up company on the beach. The path is sandwiched in between two ocean front resorts. All parking requires passes, there is no public beach access. The beach was not crowded at all yet in walking distance to Coligney which was extremely crowded with all public parking lots full. Great location if you don’t like crowds. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was satisfactory. However, I think there are better accommodations for the same price within the general area of Caligny Beach. Using the television was very consuming but thankfully someone from host2coast provided us written directions. However, the volume control still did don't work. The mattress was very mushy and needs replacement. The condo itself looked shop-worn and not as well maintained as I would do it to my condo in Boca Raton, FL. The location, though, was great.

Beautiful & great location!

My husband and I just visited HHI for the first time. Our accommodations were very nice! This a beautifully decorated condo and has just about everything you need! When we arrived we were pleased with everything that was provided for our stay. There was extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, pods for laundry, a couple containers of water, & beach towels! Everything to start our vacation! I would definitely stay here again. There are multiple pools nearby & it is only a short walk across the street to go to the beach!

Fun times

The sweet little place was accommodating in sleeping 3 but only for a mom and flexible teen crowd! The king bed was lovely but the pullout “beds” would certainly be a difficult place for get a night’s rest for an adult. Otherwise the place was fresh and updated! Super cute!

Weekend Get Away - Great Location HH Island

My wonderful girlfriend and I had an awesome weekend here. Plenty of space on the interior. Very clean and obviously very recently renovated. Great balcony view over the lagoon area. Great location. Easy walk across the street to the beach, and right on the main walking/bike path. Would stay here again for sure.
