Flooded with natural light and filled with fun details, this lovely home has plenty of room for both groups and individual guests to enjoy themselves. A public beach is just down the road, and guests will enjoy close proximity to various Harwich Port attractions during their stay, but once you step inside, you may not want to leave! Highlights include a tranquil screened-in porch, a stylish contemporary kitchen, and access to a private patio for alfresco cooking and dining. The sunny upstairs loft features two desk work stations, perfect for remote work or schooling. Cozy nooks are all throughout this space, as well as skylights. Relaxation comes easy in this peaceful home by the shore.

This is an exceptionally comfortable house. We enjoyed everything about our stay.The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the screened porch for morning coffee. The location was great. It's an easy drive to the towns and a few lovely shops are even within walking distance. The beach is only a block away so daily walks were a highlight. We hope to return to this gem of a house!

Seaside Sanctuary is well-designed and well-equipped, with beautiful natural lighting. The beds and other furniture are very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed our October stay.

Charming Cottage, Great Location...

We had a wonderful 1-week stay at Seaside Sanctuary cottage. The unit was very clean, had a well appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds. It was situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, 1 block away from the beach. A grocery store, coffee shop and gas station were within 1 mile. It was a perfect location to stay at while we explored Cape Cod and we would happily stay there again.

What’s not to love? The location is impeccable (walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, shops, bars), and only a block or two from the beach. The house itself is incredibly well maintained, absolutely adorable, and has everything you need for a little getaway. The beds were comfortable too! We would come back without hesitation!

Beautiful beach house

The home is so close to the beach and was the perfect size for my husband and two young children. The kitchen had every appliance needed for a week stay. I would consider asking about beach supplies, cleaning supplies and outdoor furnishings before booking, but overall we had an enjoyable week and will definitely be back to Harwichport next summer.

The home is totally “Capey” with beachy-type furnishings and narrow staircases. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. There are plenty of towels as well. The neighborhood is adorable and convenient to main roads and downtown Harwichport.

Great getaway in Harwich Port

Location was terrific - nice neighborhood, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. No hassle about anything. I recommend this house for a couple and maybe an older kid or two. The second bedroom is up a very steep flight of stairs and both bathrooms are on the ground level. You would not want to have young children stay up there.

Charming cottage near Nantucket Sound

Hubby and I enjoyed a quiet retreat in Mid- May. Owners have clearly updated the cottage with modern kitchen and bath while maintaining the Cape Cod charm. Details abound including hand painted stairs and bright comfortable furnishings and comfy mattresses. We loved having our morning coffee on the rockers in the screened in porch. House was very clean upon arrival. Loved it all the way around and we hope to return in the off season.

Best suited for one couple

The house is lovely and a short walk to beach. The master is on main floor with nice bathroom attached. The second bedroom however is located up some narrow and steep stairs which would be fine for someone young with no mobility challenges. The second bath is a full bath but located on main level so not super convenient to second bedroom. The house is cute and clean and a short walk to the beach. The management company was very responsive when we contacted them with questions.

Home Again to Perfection

From the minute we walked in the door we knew we would be coming back again soon. The home is beautifully appointed and decorated in a happy seaside style that is tasteful and not tacky at all. There were so many places to hang out in comfort: the sunroom, the side patio, the table, the counter, the living room. The location is a dream. Steps to the beach past similarly beautiful homes. The neighborhood felt like a Hollywood set of an ideal place to grow up. The value of this rental was remarkable and we absolutely cannot wait to stay here again. “Home Again” will not disappoint.

Perfection!

This cozy cottage was in an ideal spot, steps away from Nantucket Sound. The kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. It was perfect for our visit with adult children, who braved the steep steps to the upstairs loft area for their nightly retreat. We loved the details of this beautifully decorated property. It was clean and tidy upon our arrival. We appreciated two areas to have meals, as the one rainy day on our visit we broke out a puzzle for the dining table. The porch is comfortable as well! One note: both bathrooms are downstairs on the main level.

Very cute nice home

The home was very nice had everything. Just some communication problems with where trash barrels were and what days trash days are. Also one text said to start towels when leaving and another said start sheets. Started sheets and left all the rest next to washer and dryer. Had a wonderful week.
