We are within 10 minutes to Franklin(Main Street), 20 minutes to Sylva, 25 minutes to Highlands, 30 minutes to Cherokee, 40 minutes to Bryson city and 1 hr to Asheville. Also just 20 minutes to Clayton, GA.

This was the second time we rented from the Strictlands. Their homes are perfect for families to stay in. Well thought out, clean, comfortable , plenty of space for everyone. Location is great, close enough to town, and not hard to get to like some of the VRBO’s we’ve stayed at in the mountains.We highly recommend any of the Strictland’s Properties!

Perfect getaway

Wonderful property! Convenient location to Franklin and surrounding area. Clean and comfortable. Owners of property were extremely responsive in answering questions and were very accommodating. Overall experience was excellent!

This was a lovely place to stay while we were in town for a family reunion! It had all the amenities to be comfortable and was super clean and maintained! The owner was also very helpful and quick to respond. One of my favorite parts was sitting on the porch in the evening and watching various wildlife and looking at mountains. There was a cute groundhog that we got to watch in length, plus some bunnies, field mouse, and Barn Swallows.

Franklin stay July 2024

We had the most comfortable stay! Everything was so continent from this location! We enjoyed spending time on the back porch and watching fireworks from every direction. I can’t think of anything negative to say about this stay! We look forward to staying here again!

Came to Franklin to be close to our daughter who was working an internship in Franklin as a student at WCU. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. It is very convenient to town. Loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch reading in the morning. Would love to come back sometime.
