COME ON IN, TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND PULL UP A SEAT ON THE DECK OVER-LOOKING THE MOST SERENE LAKE IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA (MY OPINION) AND SIP YOUR FAVORITE BEVERAGE!! NO POLYESTER IN THESE SHEETS! JUST BRING YOUR TOOTHBRUSH AND A CHANGE OF CLOTHES AND YOU ARE ALL SET. FORGOT SHAMPOO? IT'S THERE. FORGOT YOUR RAZOR? IT'S THERE. FORGOT YOUR GOLF CLUBS? CAN'T HELP YOU, SORRY (someone stole mine)!

This is a beautiful lakefront house. The view is awesome! Three floors and each with a bathroom made it possible for our three families to spread out. The kitchen has everything that you need. Plenty of staples provided. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels etc. Not far from Hendersonville and Brevard. Any questions you have, Karen is quick to respond.

This lovely chalet fit our needs perfectly. We were visiting relatives that live in nearby Cummings cove and wanted a place that would be convenient. The location is very peaceful yet only a few minute drive to groceries and some really good restaurants. We spent nearly every evening sipping cocktails on the deck watching the wildlife. 1/2 hr drive gets you to pretty much all the major attractions including stunning waterfalls and mountain vistas. Home is super comfortable with excellent beds. Really can’t express enough how happy we were with this home. Owner responded quickly too. We will be back !

We loved the location! It rained a lot of the time we were in town and this property gave us a beautiful vantage point to slow down and enjoy the rainforest we were in. Would definitely stay here again! The lake was great, lovely patios, and very comfortable beds!

Wonderful getaway!

This is the cutest little cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very close to Hendersonville and lots of hiking/outdoor options. The kayaks, fire pit, and porch were lovely amenities. The cottage is well appointed and decorated beautifully! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Just as described- great stay!

Everything was as described with excellent communication from the owner. While the lake didn't seem to be well-stocked for fishing, we still had a fantastic time swimming and kayaking, and we managed to catch a couple of fish. There are plenty of nearby activities to keep teenagers entertained. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home

My wife and I decided to take our young children to the mountains for an impromptu vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by the home and the beautiful lake upon arrival. This home is extremely well stocked and was very clean. It is in a great location to all of the conveniences you may need but also feels somewhat secluded for that peace of mind. As for the host…Karen is one of the nicest and helpful hosts you could possibly ask for. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking.

So much fun!

We had so much fun staying here! The house was clean and comfortable, but the outside is where we spent most of our time. The kids had so much fun swimming, fishing and kayaking that they didn't want to leave the house all weekend. The deck has a great view and it was a very quiet and peaceful. We can't wait to go back.

YOU CAN ALSO SEE ALMOST ALL THE WAY AROUND THE LAKE BECAUSE MY HOUSE SITS UP HIGH, IF YOU NEED TO KEEP AN EYE ON THE CHILDREN. THERE IS A ROAD THAT GOES AROUND THE LAKE FOR WALKING AND IT IS JUST SUCH A HAPPY PLACE AND I HAVE THE BEST NEIGHBORS!!!!
