Located across the street from the Honolulu Zoo, you will enjoy unobstructed 7th floor views of Diamond Head, Kapiolani Park and the Ocean all from your private lanai.
The room is tastefully designed and the view will leave you breathless.
Restaurant, entertainment and sight-seeing options abound, all within blocks of this amazing location. The room comes with an information book plenty of recommendations for your stay, all provided by the owner and previous guests of this condo. Please add your comments and recommendations for the next renter as well.
For those nights when you don't go out to eat or for a quick snack, the kitchenette consists of a coffee maker, toaster oven, built-in two burner cook top, toaster, microwave and new apartment style refrigerator that has a complete separate freezer compartment with own door. (See photos).
The queen bed will be made with a set of bed linens and the room will be stocked with 4 thick bath towels, 2 hand towels, 4 wash clothes, bath mat, 2 beach towels, 2 dish towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 small bottle dish detergent, 1 bar soap, 1 bottle hand soap. There is coin-operated laundry facilities in the building and extra toiletries available next store at the ABC Store if you need more.
We have been working with an wonderful and detailed oriented cleaning service who keeps our condo in amazing condition. The cleaning company has a contact person who lives nearby and who will meet you upon arrival, answers your questions and is available should any issue arise during your stay.
We are also set up with quarterly extermination service with a well respected local company.

A completely different feel from the other Waikiki locations. The lanai views of the park makes you forget that you are surrounded by skyscrapers and makes you feel like you are away from it all.
But, still close to everything and the condo has everything you need to feel at home.
My wife and I had a wonderful first time visit to Hawaii and it all started with the experience at this property. Everything was as advertised from the meeting and warm welcome we received from Bill at the unit, to the accommodations itself with anything we would possibly need for our stay, to the perfect location - being on the quiet end of Waikiki, and the view from the Lanai. Diamondhead in front of you and the beach to your right. Just like the picture. To conclude the wonderful experience, Bill was kind enough to let us check out late since we had a red-eye back to the mainland. You just can't go wrong with a stay at this unit. Thanks to Bill/Mike. If we get a chance I would certainly want to return to the same place, same unit....
Mike thank you for an awesome place to stay. The location was perfect right on the quiet end of Waikiki. It is a 1 minute walk to to the beach and 5 minutes to the hustle and bustle of the main strip. My wife and I felt very safe walking at all times of the day/night. The condo was quaint and clean we could not be happier. Be advised that parking should be arranged in advance and there is a fee however where in Waikiki can you park where you don't have to pay. Also the parking garage is tight so smaller cars do better. You really don't need a car if you plan on staying in the Waikiki area as this place is awesomely located.
Bill was so kind and met us as we pulled up. He gave us a tour of the property and was a pleasure to chat with. He had great recommendations to eat, although we did not make Uncle Bobos so now we have a reason to return.
This could not have been a better first VRBO experience. Thank you for taking the time to make this a memoriable trip.
I had a great time my week I stayed here. The location at the south end of Waikiki, by the zoo, is within walking distance of the entire beach area, but still quiet. The view from the deck is fantastic! I watched the sun rise over Diamond Head almost every morning. Highly recommended!
Property was clean and well maintained at the quiet end of town, everything as described, excellent location within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping, small fridge/freezer, shower, balcony (lanai) overlooking the zoo with a view of the beach, 2 elevators, laundry facilities, pool (never saw anyone in it, so you could potentially have it all to yourself), carpark (provided by the hotel for a fee if available spaces), right on the bus line.
If I decide to return or know anyone that is planning a trip to Oahu, I will definitely be recommending this property.
We have been staying at the Waikiki Grand for over 16 years at various condos and Mike's are among the best. Mike and Bill are awesome communicators and booking and ease of "checking in" is perfect! The condo is perfectly appointed, super clean, plenty of room and the views are what keeps us coming back. Everything you want to do in Waikiki is just out the door and around the corner....the location just can't be beat!!! I can't recommend it highly enough!!!
The condo is in the best location! We loved the views from the balcony and how close everything was. Bill was great, he met us our front as soon as we arrived and was very helpful with suggestions in the area. The bed was comfortable, great condo, can't be the price. Thank you Bill and Mike!!!
