This Lake Tahoe view home is the perfect getaway for your adventurous Tahoe vacation or to relax and enjoy the view. This single space sleeps 10 comfortably, or rent the neighboring home as well and for a large family gathering-sleeping up to 20 people on the same property!
Enter the home off the third floor and be delighted by the open floor plan, high vaulted ceilings, rich hardwood floors and luxury finishes such as granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and spacious balcony with hot tub! Relax in comfort and elegance- enjoying the gas fireplace, a movie on the flat screen TV and beautiful Lake Tahoe Views.
The second floor offers three bedrooms. The master suite inspires with a queen bed, double vanity and separate wc w/jetted tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are also appointed with queen beds and share a full bath with jetted tub on the same floor.
Both the master suite and 2nd bedroom have fabulous views facing the lake with sliding glass doors and a shared, second story covered balcony. The perfect place to enjoy the early morning light as it glimmers off of snow capped pine trees and bright blue Lake Tahoe!
The third floor (ground level) is perfect for the kids! Conveniently appointed with a single bunk (2 beds), double hideaway fold out couch, game table, flat screen TV, DVD and a full bath with stand up shower. A thrilling sled hill is located down the steps for fun for all ages!

Beautiful View!
We enjoyed our stay - especially the view of the lake! There were a lot of things to do nearby. The house was well equipped for our diverse family ages (2 months - 64 years) and had plenty of room for us all. We suggest adding small plastic glasses for the children so they are not using the big nice glasses. The last morning, when it was snowing in June, the gas fireplace would not turn on, however, it worked just fine the previous days. I appreciate how clean and quiet it was there. Although I was a bit concerned about the stairs the split levels were not a problem for our 2 year old. This would be a beautiful place at Christmas!
Great place to kick back after a long day of skiing!
The cabin provided my group of friends just what we needed: a retreat from the snow. The fireplace and hot tub kept us warm and there was ample space to spread out.
(Note: the pull-out couch can be a bit hard on one's back, so save it for the kids!)

End of Quiet Street With Wonderful View
I organized our family reunion this year at the duplex (both units) on Clearview Ct. in Tahoe City. Love this place. Because there are two units there was plenty room for my immediate family (13 adults, 6 kids). The units open up on the highest level, and there are three levels on both sides that are very similar to each other. The first level has the kitchen/dining/living area and a half bath. The second level has 3 bedrooms, one of which (on both sides) is a master with its own bathroom, plus a common bathroom. The downstairs level is GREAT for kids, with a playroom and beds, and in one unit has another bathroom with shower. The rooms were comfortable and accommodated us well. One of these duplexes also has a hot tub on the upper deck, which was nice to use when winding down in the evening. The rentals are situated at the end of a quiet, slow street as well, with plenty of parking and a relaxing view of Lake Tahoe. Also, if you don't feel like dining out, there are grills located on the decks of both properties, one of which we put to use. Both units also have full kitchens with seating for dining, large refrigerators so you can bring plenty of food, as well as dish ware, pots/pans, silverware, coffee makers, and washer and dryers, which is nice to have with such a large group and young children. There are also lots of towels, and the property management supplies shampoo/soap/lotion as well as dish soap, and laundry soap, which is super convenient. Plus the price was right. I would highly recommend these units as a pair for larger groups.
Wedding weekend
We rented both properties to fit our wedding party and their dates. This was PERFECT! We loved everything about the rentals. The view was amazing and the location was perfect, we will definitely be back.
July 4th Holiday Trip
The house was perfect for a large group of us, with fantastic views of the lake and a wonderful living space. Would absolutely stay again.

Enjoy the best ranked breakfast around the lake at Fire Sign Cafe on the west shore, or a lakeside lunch at Sunnyside! Venture on the 20 minute hike up to Eagle Rock past Homewood, or enjoy a free concert on Fridays at the Commons Beach in Tahoe City.
