Great house that is centrally located.
Very nice Cape Cod house that is centrally located with walking to Provincetown literally a two minute walk. The dedicated parking spot for one car was also nice. Air conditioners in almost every room with accompanying ceiling fans were perfect. Would stay there again.
The apartment was great. Spacious and very cool decoration. The location was perfect.
Lovely old home fashioned into five units. Charming kitchen and master bath. Cool screened porch and outdoor areas. Very conveniently located to Ptown restaurants and shopping. Second bath is teeny, especially if you are 6'4"!
Great place! Great location and great memories.
Great rental, such a haven
Loved our stay at this beautifully decorated house. It was perfect in every way - location, size (for 4p), amenities. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space a lot, sitting there to start off with morning coffee, ending with a bottle of wine chatting with friends. One of us even partook for an afternoon nap. Definitely a charming stay, and will hopefully be an annual trip!
WOW! What a GREAT PLACE!
What can I say other than the pics and description don't to justice. We decided to spend Christmas on the Cape and found this gem quite by accident - and are so happy we did!
I hadn't placed the owners name with his profession until we first walked into the unit (the main entry is through the kitchen). Then it clicked when I realized that this kitchen was as overstocked with professional cookware and gadgets as mine! Being rather (okay, very) anal about other people using mine, I came armed with my own knife sets, tools and even brought my own kitchen towels, sheet and baking pans and even a Cuisinart - and found the unit was already stocked with these. The bath linens were abundant and had I not brought my own would have had no problems with those supplied.
As is typical in winter, Provincetown was bitterly cold and wonderful at the same time. We spent much of the week indoors in front of the fireplace, playing games, reading (including a few cookbooks in the unit I didn't have) and catching up on movies we brought, and venturing out to play in the snow. The house was warm, inviting and comfortable. It was too cold to enjoy the large back deck or enclosed front porch but during the summer months these would almost double the living space.
The location is absolutely perfect, sitting right on Bradford with parking in front, steps from the entry. There are only a couple of steps into the front door (perfect for my partners 85 year old mother). While a main street, Bradford is much quieter and far less crowded than Commercial yet it is an easy 2-minute walk away. There is shopping just down the street for those who don't like the "big store." While the second bathroom is small as stated, at 6'6" I had no problems using this one so mother in law could have the large tub.
All I can say is if I ever buy or move to P-Town, this is the type of place I want. We will DEFINITELY come back and stay here until then.
