Why they chose this property
CB South is such a special place. Quiet and peaceful. Stunning views all around. A short walk to Camp 4 coffee (the best!), local grocery, Tully's restaurant and Zuni West brewery. On weekends both venues often have food trucks and live music, with bikes and dogs and kids everywhere. It is a local's community.
What makes this property unique
Walk 3 minutes to the free bus to get to town and the awesome ski area. Great hiking and biking trails down the street in the Cement Creek Trail System... all levels of fun with your driveway the trailhead. Fly fishing is around the corner on the East River with an area for public access. The fenced and private yard is great for dogs and includes a fire pit and Adirondack chairs.
