Beautiful Newly remodeled 2 BR, 2 Bath Cabin over the summer of (2013). This home sits on a large flat lot in the Tahoe Pines area of Homewood, on Lake Tahoe's West Shore. This Cabin is the perfect vacation rental as it sits just 3 blocks from 89, and the lake, in a very quiet, wooded, picturesque neighborhood. This family cabin is perfect for a family, or just a couple looking for a quiet romantic get away.
House has ALL AMENITIES you will desire.
Aside from having a brand new Kitchen and appliances, the home has:
Brand New W/D, Outdoor Hot tub, BBQ, 3 Flat screen TV's (42'), Cable, Internet/WiFi, BluRay in the living room, and Movies & DVD player in the master bedroom upstairs, with Game Station (Hook Ups ONLY, Bring Your own System and Cords), I-pod Stereo System, Wood Fireplace w/wood stocked at the back door.
You will also have access to the private Tahoe Pines Home Owners Pier, just 4 blocks away. Bring your boat, ample parking, and two Marina's and boat launch close by.

Downstairs: Living area w/Fireplace, Eating area, Kitchen w/eating bar, Laundry, a Full Bath, & Dimable Can lighting.
Upstairs:Master Bedroom w/Bath, has a queen bed, plus a couch that folds down into a bed for a toddler, or child, Flat Screen TV, Cable, DVD, & recessed dimable lighting. There is also a Full size futon that folds out into a bed downstairs. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds, Flat screen TV & Cable.
Note: All linens, and towels are provided, as well as dishes, cooking, and eating utensils in the kitchen.
Outside: Large Fenced in Private Deck & Backyard, with sunken Hottub, BBQ, Outdoor Tables, chairs, and built-in benches. There is also a deck and chairs for relaxing in the front of the home.
This home is ideally located for both summer and winter activities.
Homewood Restaurants, & Stores, are only 1 mile West down the road, Sunnyside is just down the road as well where you can enjoy The Fire Sign Cafe's famous Breakfast, or eat Brunch on the water across the street at the Sunnyside Cafe. Tahoe City is just 4 miles back, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, river rafting, boating, cycling, and world class GOLF. Right behind the Cabin there's great summer hiking and biking in the neighboring Blackwood Canyon/Creek area, as well as the bike trail along 89, just 3 blocks away. Chamber's Landing beach/Pier is also just down the road.
For winter skiing you are right next to Homewood Resort, and 15 mins from the well known Squaw Valley, and Alpine Meadows.

This Cabin has been completely gutted and fully renovated just completed in August 2013. It has been outfitted with all the newest & latest amenities, appliances, TV's, etc. We Love the neighborhood, and stay at the Cabin ourselves frequently.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
It is a private cabin, close to the beach, and the private Pier, and only 1 mile from Skiing at Homewood, which is awesome if you have kids as well. Best Breakfast on the lake just 1.5 miles down the road. Chambers Landing Beach and Historic Pier just 2 miles the other way, and Obexer's Marina & Boat Launch like .75 miles up the road. WE LOVE the location, and are sure You will too!
The owner makes certain that your stay at his charming cabin is ten star. Ease of living, Internet / wifi perfection and all the comforts residents might need ..., HUGE television screens ... Large backyard and quiet neighborhood.
This is a nice,cozy cabin in a quiet neighborhood. It worked out perfectly for our weekend get-away, and it was especially nice that we could bring our dog along. The hot tub was great. My only suggestion: update the outdoor furniture. Would definitely consider coming back.
The home is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood a short walk to the beach. The location is great because
you are a short drive from everything you need and want. We played at the beach down the street and also
took some drives to enjoy areas near by like Meeks Bay. We rented kayaks and spent the afternoon on the lake
with the kids. We really enjoyed our trip.
We had a great time at the cabin. It's in a wonderful location and walking distance to the beach and pier. The neighborhood is great for walking, biking, etc. with the bike trail a few blocks away. Private backyard with a great hot tub that we used ever day. We will definitely be back.
Looking for a relaxed and quiet getaway in the one of the best areas of Tahoe? Then this is the place. Spent three days here with my wife and two kids. The location is perfect to access all the fun that Tahoe has to offer. The cabin is in great shape and has everything you need. I cant wait to return again in the future.
Home appeared to be well kept and fully appointed .Actually there were a few issues .Main large tv over fireplace was broken .Aaron was aware of it but did nothing about it .There were no drinking glasses in the cupboard , and some of the pans were VERY OLD and yucky looking .Shower curtain had some mold and some light bulbs in bathroom needed replacing .Outdoor furniture was not comfortable to relax on and was extremely sappy .Hot tub maintenence man came to clean hottub and said hes on a 3 week schedule .Chemicals were EXTREMELY unbalanced and it was suggested that hottub should have been emptied and cleaned appropriately .Screen door on back slider was torn .Aaron could have a lovely cabin if he'd take the time to keep up on some maintenence typical of any home owner .Despite the repairs needed we enjoyed our time at the TahoePines neighborhood before the chaos of the 4th of July crowd .
