There is a 4% fee for all Credit Card payments (5% for International) that will be billed for after all rents have been paid.

This is a great beachfront studio, just steps from the beach on the quiet end of the property. No worries that it is a studio, we have set it up so that you have a 'living area'. Watch your favorite programs or a DVD with our 1080 52 inch TV (free basic cable with multiple hi-def channels), easy viewing from the dining table, sofa or while cooking. We even have a wall mount that brings the TV away from the wall if you want to change the angle. We have a memory foam queen bed that faces the ocean. Enjoy the privacy from the top-floor while you watch the palm trees sway in the moonlight or see an incredible sunrise from your bed in the morning. For those of you that want to sleep in uninterrupted, just close the black-out curtains. This unit is on the top floor (3rd floor), access is 2 flights of stairs as there are no elevators. For those of you able, we have found the walk is well worth the reward for privacy and the incredible view.

ELECTRONICS: Enjoy your 52' 1080 flat screen TV with Netflix options, free in-room wifi and in the lobby, a dvd/Blu-ray player, A/C with a ceiling fan, blow dryer, iron and ironing board and an in-room safe.

DINING: we have added a few inside conveniences for cooking like a rice cooker and microwave egg cooker. With the 3 gas BBQ's on property you can easily grill your food and eat in or opt to dine out at the many fine restaurants within easy walking or driving distance.

'On property' is concierge service, a kayak rental/tour company, a snorkel rental company, The Trees Lounge, Kilauea Fish Market (restaurant) and the Coconut Marketplace (a mall) is just adjacent to the parking lot for all your shopping needs. Long's Drugs Store and major grocery stores like Safeway and Foodland are only a half mile North of the property.

Lest I forget, we have an on-property pool bar, swimming pool and hot-tub. All the amenities you would expect to enjoy after a great day of exploring or sight-seeing on this beautiful island of Kauai. Aloha, come for a vacation in paradise!

We love going to sleep at night to the sounds of the ocean and being able to step out our door and be on the this beautiful beach in a moment's notice! We love to snorkel and will oftentimes see the sea turtles swimming with us!

Absolutely Wonderful Place To Vacation

My husband and I stayed at this condo in February 2017 and loved it. Rebecca was outstanding in helping us with our dates and seeing that we had all the information we needed. She responded to questions quickly, which amazed me! This unit is on the 3rd floor with a fabulous view right off the lanai, just steps to the beach. We enjoyed the surf rolling all day and especially at night. We had killer sunrises, pictures galore! The unit was set up nicely with everything we needed, and appreciated a full size refrigerator! It is close to everything in Kapa'a, steps to Coconut Plantation Mall, with an ABC store to pick up things. We walked many days up and down the beaches there. Beach chairs and lounges are supplied for you on the beach also. It has many restaurants in the area, including one next door and a great Italian place in the mall. We sat at their lovely pool many days and enjoyed the happy hour at the pool bar. It is also just a few miles from the airport and centrally located to everything that you might do sight seeing. I loved it and certainly recommend this unit, and talk about reasonably priced; a true bargain. MAHALO

Very good value for the $$$

Our stay in Kauai and this condo went well...pretty much flawlessly. Condo was comfortable with a fantastic view of the ocean and beach. We actually didn't much time in the condo since we were out exploring and enjoying the island much of the day and night. Sleeping in the unit was great because of the A/C...it was very quiet and effective. You won't be able to use the laundry facilities at the Aston since this is a privately owned unit. While we thought that might be an issue during our eight day stay, it turned out to be fine. As it turns out, we could have gotten by with a couple bathing suits and a pair of sandals ;) We took home half a suitcase of clean clothes. The Aston has a pool and gas BBQs you can use (but you can’t use the Aston’s BBQ utensils and the condo didn't have any we could find). The Aston has some beach chairs for use on the adjacent beach but, it would have been nice to have a couple folding chairs in the condo that we could take to other beaches we visited. There is no daily maid service so you’ll have to manage with the towels and sheets provided (or do laundry at a local laundromat during your stay). About the owner, Rebecca...she's awesome...very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Even though I cite some little things above, the condo is WAY WORTH THE $$$. I would recommend this unit to my friends and family.

Great view

Overall we had a pleasant 2 week stay at this condo. The room was layout very well as you woke up in the morning to gaze upon the ocean. The heat pump was newer so it was quiet and cool. And, this condo is in a spacious and pretty condo complex too.

The only thing that was negative was the hotel next door had their kitchen door and big ice machine about 30 feet from our condo door. There is some noise from that, but mostly it was limited to when they were doing a thorough cleaning of the kitchen between 11:00pm to 12:00pm.

I would diffently come back and stay here again! 🐚

The kitchen next door is only a few months new and you will be happy to know they have since moved their ice machine to the inside of the building. Beachside, beachview, cozy room

Overall, great. Rebecca was great at communicating and the room was perfect for two of us. It'd be a little small for anyone else, possibly. The patio view of the ocean was wonderful, the bed was comfy, the A/C worked well, and everything else was certainly sufficient. The hotel area is very clean, the pool and grills were great. Excellent place to stay for access to both sides of the island. I'd recommend highly.

Relaxing getaway!

The location of the room on the island was perfect! The view from the room was beautiful! The restaurants located on the property and right next door were delicious! We were able to swim with turtles, right outside the condo, bonus! The pool was nice, bar tending staff were great and the view from the cabana was very relaxing! Cons- Our room wasn't cleaned very well (maybe the cleaning person had an off day). 0600-0630 every morning we got to hear the restaurant next door scoop ice from their ice maker into buckets for 15 minutes or so. Parking in the lot was next to impossible, but we were able to park at the marketplace behind the condo parking area since it's not really occupied at this time. The owner is really responsive. We stayed at her place in Oahu last year which was amazing and once again, it was a pleasure staying at one of her properties. Maholo- Teresa

Your feedback is very important to me. Regarding the cleaning, I did have a substitute cleaning company clean the unit prior to your arrival. My regular cleaning person had fallen ill. I wish I could have known this early on during your stay as I would have had this immediately remedied. I am quite embarrassed actually as I try to maintain very high cleaning standards in all my vacation rental properties. Also, you mentioned the ice machine and I and other owners have finally succeeded in getting this moved soon. It was a pleasure having you as guests and we hope you will stay with us again when visiting Kauai, Maui or Oahu. Much Aloha!

Perfect

We stayed here for a week beginning March 4th, 2016. It is in a perfect location on the island and in relation to a great beach. It was perfect waking up to the sunrise each day and being able to hear the waves on the beach from the lania. Thank you!
