Bovenste verdieping duplex in het charmante dorpje Suttons Bay. Gewoon blokken om te dineren, winkelen en de baai. Stel je voor dat je gewoon de deur uit stapt en niet met je auto hoeft te rijden! Dit 3 slaapkamers 1. 5 badkamers huis verwelkomt maximaal 6 gasten met 2 queen en 1 tweepersoonsbed. Volledige keuken met vaatwasser en aparte wasruimte. Home heeft a / c in een slaapkamer en heeft ook fans. Lakens en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen

Kleine zithoek buiten. Er is ook een gasgrill. Geen zin om te koken? Suttons Bay heeft een aantal zeer goede restaurants. De VI, Martha's Table en North Country zijn slechts enkele die je moet bekijken. Hop Lot-brouwerij ligt op een steenworp afstand. U kunt boodschappen doen, naar het Bay-theater gaan of genieten van leuke boetiekjes. Boerenmarkt elke zaterdag tot en met de herfst. De Leelanau Trail, die van Suttons Bay naar Traverse City reist, is perfect voor degenen die willen fietsen, wandelen of rennen op een veilige verharde weg. Dit pad slingert door het graafschap en stelt niet teleur.

Dit gebied ligt op 5 minuten van het meer van Leelanau, op 15 minuten van Leland en Northport. Traverse City ligt op 20 minuten afstand. Vergeet ook Sleeping Bear Dunes en vele geweldige wandelpaden niet. Dit prachtige gebied en comfortabele huis kan niet geklopt worden.

Up North Family Getaway

Well stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms with nice towels, large main living room, and comfortable beds. Vrbo listing shows water views. This property is a ten minute walk to the beach and waterfront. Short walk to shopping and dining. Enjoyed our stay!

Brief stay with elderly parents

Beautiful property exactly as described in listing. We were ever so comfortable during our stay. My parents, in their 90’s were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking.

Everything is there from linens to cookware so no need to bring anything but food and clothes. The home is close to town which provides for a quick walk to restaurants and pubs. There are tenants in the lower unit so you may see them milling about.

Really Nice place

House clean, comfortable, upgraded linens, and furniture—nice touch. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Property really conveniently located—It’s about a 10 minute walk to beach and not more than 20 minute drive to Traverse City and other quaint towns along coast.

Sunshine cottage was cute clean close to everything. Great food beach wineries golf course We have family on Lake Leelanau just a few miles away. Fishtown best chowder !The couple that lives below are sweet . Highly recommend staying here. The Heltons

Shared space?

We woke up one morning to a woman in our kitchen. She lived downstairs and was trying to get into the garage to get her car. She said this was the only access? And cannot park anywhere else. The same couple living downstairs, on many occasions we experienced them lurking around the property. A very uneasy feeling. Would recommend to the owners to make it clear to renters that the downstairs renters have access to the rental property.

It's on a quiet street, but close to all the restaurants and shops Suttons Bay has to offer. The bike trail and marina are right there, and Hop Lot and Wineries are nearby for you to enjoy. The caretakers were very friendly and helpful. We visit Suttons Bay several times a year and will definitely look to stay here again. during the process.

Wedding weekend

Perfect location for wedding at Two K farms. Love the walking trail 3 blocks from house and beach and grocery store 4 blocks from house. The caretakers that live in lower level are very nice. I think you need to add in the listing that the caretakers share the laundry room with us. We were quite surprised to see a very nice woman at the washing machine while we were eating breakfast. We would have kept the glass door separating the kitchen from laundry room closed, had we know, especially with children who haven’t been vaccinated yet. We will definitely recommend this house to friends to stay. Loved it!!! I also recommend you put ceiling fans in bedrooms and a garbage disposal in kitchen. Otherwise, everything was great!!!!

A little disappointing

We booked this property fairly late in the season and we had a tight budget. I suppose what we got is what we paid for. We didn't realize that the housekeepers live in the basement. There were bright lights, cooking smells and occasionally a dog barking coming from underneath the house. A very bright flood light was kept on all night over the garage which is right outside one of the bedrooms. The night time light is bright overall as the house is opposite a school and a medical center. The curtains are light filtering at best. The bedroom over the garage was flooded with light all night. The furnishings are a bit lacking. There is the leather sofa which is very worn and the other chairs in the family room are not comfortable for lounging and watching tv. The only eating area is a 4 person high top with one broken bar stool and a very small table top, or the counter which holds a desk top computer. We like to play board games as a family and there was no where to do this. The pub table wasn't big enough and there is no coffee table. There are no dressers/ drawers to be able to unpack. The half bath toilet didn't flush properly and clogged easily. The only shower showerhead is a nightmare. It is super low, I am 5'7" and it came to about my neck. No matter how much you try to adjust the adjustable nozzle all it does is gently trickle out water. Several of the windows cranked open but not closed again. We didn't realize that we would not have use of the garage, which is front and center in the photos. We had planned to store our beach things and bikes in there but it was locked and we were told we couldn't use it. We weren't expecting luxury for this price, but functional furniture and window treatments and shower are really a must.
