Dúplex de nivel superior en el encantador pueblo de Suttons Bay. A solo cuadras de restaurantes, tiendas y la bahía. ¡Imagínese simplemente salir por la puerta y no tener que conducir su automóvil! Este 3 dormitorios 1. 5 baños hogar acoge hasta 6 personas con 2 camas queen y 1 cama matrimonial. Cocina completa con lavavajillas y lavadero independiente. La casa tiene aire acondicionado en una habitación y también tiene ventiladores. Sábanas y toallas incluidas.

Pequeña sala de estar afuera. También hay una parrilla de gas. ¿No tienes ganas de cocinar? Suttons Bay tiene algunos muy buenos restaurantes. El VI, Martha’s Table y North Country son solo algunos de los que debes visitar. Hop Lot Brewery está a solo unas cuadras de distancia. Puede comprar alimentos, ir al teatro Bay o disfrutar de divertidas boutiques. Mercado de agricultores todos los sábados hasta el otoño. El sendero Leelanau, que viaja desde Suttons Bay hasta Traverse City, es perfecto para aquellos que desean andar en bicicleta, caminar o correr en un sendero pavimentado seguro. The rental was great for 5 of us. Walking distance to Sutton's Bay, close to Hop Lot and other wineries/cideries. Be careful, even if you book with VRBO the management company makes you sign their rental agreement with the management company and you open yourself up to additional liability. Pickleball courts and disc golf nearby. Although it says there's only 2 parking spaces, there's TONS of street parking outside the house. We would definitely stay here again.

A very nice an convenient place to stay. Property is very clean. Groundskeepers live in the duplex below the rental, but for the four days we stayed we didn't hear them once. The kitchen is nice and roomy if you want the option to cook a meal or two on vacation. Location is excellent for walking access to Suttons Bay and short driving distance to either Glen Arbor, Traverse City, or any of the attractions like wineries and scenic overlooks/walks in between.

Suttons Bay Retreat

Clean tastefully decorated home just a block off Main Street. Loved the location and all the little things done right to make our 3 night stay seamless. Definitely would recommend. Quiet safe neighborhood as well. Minutes from Leelanau Trail!

Up North Family Getaway

Well stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms with nice towels, large main living room, and comfortable beds. Vrbo listing shows water views. This property is a ten minute walk to the beach and waterfront. Short walk to shopping and dining. Enjoyed our stay!

Brief stay with elderly parents

Beautiful property exactly as described in listing. We were ever so comfortable during our stay. My parents, in their 90’s were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking.

Lovely, spacious vacation home

Everything is there from linens to cookware so no need to bring anything but food and clothes. The home is close to town which provides for a quick walk to restaurants and pubs. Shared space?

We woke up one morning to a woman in our kitchen. She lived downstairs and was trying to get into the garage to get her car. She said this was the only access? And cannot park anywhere else. The same couple living downstairs, on many occasions we experienced them lurking around the property. A very uneasy feeling. Would recommend to the owners to make it clear to renters that the downstairs renters have access to the rental property.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed for 2 days during the week for a mini vacation for the family. I didn't read the fine print, didn't realize the basement was occupied until we got there. Very strong smell of pungent cooking/frying food in the house. That's how we realized there were residents in the basement. The smell permeates the house for quite awhile. It's a bummer for the folks (us) renting the house though. Wasn't too obnoxious, I guess you get used to it after a bit. Other than the odor, the place was nice enough, close to town, quiet. I wouldn't recommend renting unless you don't mind strong cooking odors.
