Out on the large deck, equipped with a Weber propane gas grill and comfortable patio furnishings, you will find your cares disappearing as you take in the serenity of the water and beautifully relaxing California sunsets available from this amazing location. The Antiqua community pool and clubhouse are located directly across the water. As a vacation destination, you will enjoy being close to the Silver Strand State Beach and the delightful seaside village of Coronado which is accessible by public transportation or the biking trail which runs from Coronado Village to Imperial Beach.

About Alberta Ciani, property manager
We are Rick and Vikki Gallien and we live full time in the Lake Tahoe Basin in Incline Village, Nevada. After 20 years as a Coast Guard pilot, I "retired" to my second occupation as a real estate appraiser in Lake Tahoe. I met Vikki here as I was a member of her Sierra Nevada College Chorus which she conducted. Vikki, a professional vocalist and conductor, is a native of San Diego and we initially came to Coronado to visit her family. We stayed at Naval Base Coronado and were introduced to the Village. After a few years, we became full-time snowbirds during the winter months. In 2014 we stayed at a Cays vacation rental unit and fell in love with the area. We purchased the condo in February 2016 and intend to share it with vacationers until the Lake Tahoe grandkids are off to college. When that happens we will sell our home in Tahoe and move to the Cays.

Coronado, your own private resort island vacation!
Our first impression of this home is it's "good feeling". You walk in and you immediately feel at home which can be rare when you go on vacation. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen. A full size washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. There's a wine fridge and a BBQ to enjoy a great meal sitting out on the spacious balcony watching the neighboring boats come and go! All of the furniture is comfortable and new! We will miss the reclining seating in the living room while watching TV! The beds are so wonderful and you look forward to them after a day at the beach or sightseeing! In addition to the living room, each of the two bedrooms has a tv which is a nice bonus. There is plenty of storage throughout this home including a walk in closet in the master bedroom. Having a two car garage for our use makes parking convenient and secure. This location offers a nice public pool, grounds which are maintained meticulously and you always feel safe and secure at any hour. Coronado is the most friendly and welcoming community we have ever experienced. A visit is a must!
Coronado Cays Marina is an upscale community with water access to San Diego Bay. Surfing and swimming in the ocean is approximately 3 blocks away. The Cays Community is located about 5 miles south of the village of Coronado which has all goods and services associated with a destination resort. Wide, white sandy beaches are the norm.
