Great Place to Stay in Maui!!

My girlfriend and I stayed here in mid July. Right from my first enquiry, Larry was very helpful and quick to provide responses to my various questions. The condo was exactly as advertised and was very spacious and nicely appointed. It is in a perfect location just on the edge of Wailea so very close to all the good beaches past Wailea and also very close to Kihei. There is a pool and hottub on site in the complex and was usually very quiet. Once we returned home, Larry was very quick to return our $1K security deposit. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo rental and it would definitely be at the top of my list when I return to Maui.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

After a long flight from Calgary, we arrived late evening in Maui, and followed Larry's clear directions right to the door of the Condo at the Palms. Sure enough, as Larry promised, the bright porch light was left on to greet our arrival. As we entered the Condo, it was a sight to behold...super clean, bright, fresh, and first class everywhere. The next morning revealed the true beauty of Maui as captured by the breathtaking view from the Lania. For the next 14 days, I staked out my spot on the Lania outdoors for my daily breakfast,reading & relaxing. Ellen staked out her spot indoors (she's allergic to sun and heat)in front of the 42" Sony XBR HDTV to watch March Madness prelims. (She's also a sports nut - "GO FLAMES GO"). The beautiful Condo and its prime location at the Palms is exactly as advertised "5 Star". I would add a "plus" after it. We will definitely try to stay at Larry's Condo on future visits to Maui.

We just returned from the best stay we have ever had in Maui. Our family of 15 have travelled to Maui for 8 years in a row now and Steve and I have stayed at various condos over the years. This was the best condo we have ever stayed at, we love the Palms but the upgrades to this unit make it extra special. The BBQ on the deck was well used by us to grill local fish and enjoy beautiful evenings on the deck! The granite counters, teak floors and outstanding electronics made us feel like we were staying in the lap of luxury. Both bathrooms were beautiful and so functional, the blinds very useful and the great beach accessories lots of fun. We used the boogie boards, umbrella, cooler and had tons of fun walking to the local beach to have fun in the sun. We will definitely be back in the future and recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great stay in beautiful Wailea, Maui. Don't look anywhere else, this is where you want to stay!

We stayed at the Summerton's beautiful condo for 2 weeks this September. It was even better than the description! Spotlessly clean and beautifully equipped and furnished, it truly was a second home that we were sad to leave when our vacation ended. Among the things we loved - large bedroom with a very comfortable king bed, two full bathrooms, A/C, fully equipped kitchen, extras like beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, etc..... We will definitely return.

My girlfriend and I just finished staying at your beautiful condo which we absolutely adored. Collectively we have been to Maui a dozen times and each of us said your condo was by far the best palce either of us have ever stayed. The kitchen was gorgeous and was very well equipped, the bed was super comfortable and the big shower was fun. We also appreciated the beach chairs with built-in backpacks, the sun umbrellas and the soft cooler, we made great use of all of them. (We wanted to use the boogie boards too but we ran out of time, there were just too many other fun things to do in Maui on this trip). It was also very convenient having the washer/dryer right in the in condo as well as the Internet connection. It was great how the work counter would fold up and hide my laptop so that it was out of site and out of mind. I hope to stay at your condo on all my future visits to Maui. Well my husband and I about to get ready to home after spending two wonderful weeks in Larry's condo. Of course Maui is incredible with its surfing and snorkeling and diving etc but I have to say that staying in this condo made the trip even better. It is a beautiful condo with the best of everything. Marble, granite, hardwood everywhere and the best kithchen applicances I have ever seen. It is also so well equipped with beach chairs, umberella, snorkel gear. Also all the regular things you need like paper towels, toilet paper coffee filters. We didn't have to buy any of the usual staples. We felt instantly at home here. My husband loved having the internet available as well. We are alreay planning to come back for a month next year. Highly highly recommend it!

A truly superb place. Very clean and modern with all the amenities for a relaxing vacation. It was only a 10 minute walk to the beach which was large and not very crowded. The condo was also a pleasant 20 minute stroll to the up-scale shopping mall and casual restaurants. I would highly recommend this place, especially to those who appreciate the finer things.
