OUR LOCATION IS AWESOME! CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND TIDE POOLS(150 YARDS AWAY) AT THE END OF OUR SHORT STREET. PLUS THE SUPER MARKET & COFFEE BEAN AND TEA LEAF ARE A VERY SHORT WALK RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER.
OUR FULL LUXURY INTERIOR RENOVATION WAS COMPLETED IN 2010. THE HOUSE HAS 5 BEDROOMS AND 4.5 BATHROOMS, THAT SLEEPS 10 PERSONS, AND NOW FOR GROUPS UP TO 12 PERSONS 'I STUDIO' IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO RENT WITH THE 'I HOUSE' FOR AN ADDITIONAL $75 PER NIGHT. THE 'IHOUSE' HAS A GAMES ROOM WITH POOL TABLE AND PRO-FOOSEBALL TABLE. ALL HIGH END FIXTURES AND FURNITURE. RESTORATION HARDWARE BATH SINKS WITH MARBEL COUNTERS. SUBWAY TILE. GLASS TILE. MARBLE TILE, FARM SINK. HARDWOOD FLOORS. NEW KITCHEN AND WET BAR. STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, GRANITE COUNTERTOPS. 40' AND 32' FLAT SCREEN TV's PLUS iPOD DOCKING STEREOS AND PILLOW TOP MATTRESSES! The “i house” is a 5 Bed, 4.5 Bathroom House. The TOP floor has 3 bedroom. A ocean view master with it's own bathroom and two other bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and one with two twin beds in it great for kids, plus a guest bathroom. The kitchen, living and dining room are also on this top floor level plus the ocean view deck.
The GROUND floor has two bedrooms. The very large master suite has a separate sitting area with couches and has a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and it's own bathroom across the hallway. Ground floor also in-coporates the game room and 2nd living/TV room. PLUS NOW available for an additional charge for larger groups or people who just want more personal space, 'I studio' which is a separate studio with a King size bed, TV, bathroom & kitchenette next to the carport is available to rent with 'ihouse'
The Best Location on the North shore!!!!!!(we think so) Walk everywhere! Starbucks, Foodland about 250 yards away. Sharks Cove Grill and Pupukea Grill are about 100 yards away. Sleeps 10 in Beds, Absolute max 10 for 'ihouse' and 12 persons max if you rent the 'i studio' for an additional $75 per night. No Exceptions for extra persons 12 persons is the absolute max.
Note: 'I studio' is only available with the rental of 'i house' and will not be rented separately for your privacy. owner or caretaker sometimes lives on Property in the back part of the one ace property when in hawaii, the back-house has separate drive way.
The house is located on Oahu's North Shore between Waimea Bay and Pipeline beach, right by Sharks cove, Foodland and STARBUCKS coffee. Located on a short private road, on a property surrounded by beautiful Palm trees, it's steps away from the ocean, (a 150 to be exact) and famous sharks cove and tide pool - great for protected Snorkeling, Diving, Swimming and Kids. Foodland, the only Supermarket on the North Shore, which also incorporates a Starbucks cafe, is only about 200 yards away. Walk there at night to rent a DVD - low on food? - no worries! Coffee in the morning? - not a problem. The house is also a short walk to Three Tables beach and beautiful Waimea Bay beach. You can rent bicycles at the end of our street and take advantage of the 3 mile long bike path that stretches from the 'i house' - past Sunset Beach. Phone, flat screen TV's/DVD and ipod docking stereo. The house also features WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET access and mainland usa/canada calls are free. BBQ and chairs are in the Large carport area where we also like to chill and BBQ.
The mattresses are all very comfortable with pillow top pads on both Cal-King beds and both Queen beds, so you will get a good night’s sleep no matter which room you sleep in. Our house is CLEAN the way you'd expect a house to be when you arrive. We have 2 washers and 2 dryers in the laundry room. Our towels and sheets are top quality and feel really nice. We personally use our house a lot and hope it will feel like home to you too. thank you.
Fly into Honlolulu international Airport (HNL). The “i house” is about 45 minutes from the airport a few miles past Historic Haleiwa Town.

Our family of 6 adults and one child spent Christmas holidays at the I house. Pictures reflect what you will get perfectly. We went during Big Surf and sound of waves crashing put you to asleep at night in beds that were great on a 66 yo back. You are within a mile to the great beaches of North shore. Grocery store a block walk from the house (beat that) and since we went over Christmas Holidays two Hollywood Star"s were spotted at the store lol. The rental agent was a pure pleasure to work with before and during our stay. We also met the owner of the home and he lives behind the home and a really nice guy with lots of helpful hints to Island fun. Lots of info in the home about that as well. You can sit outside and drink your morning coffee and see the waves breaking on the rocks of Shark's cove right across the street from the I house ( did I mention big surf crashing against those rocks to put you to sleep?) This is my third trip to Oahu and most likely my last and what a way to end the fun times. Large home with room for privacy and family fun both. No down side. All Good. EnjoyRecommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family of 7 adults and 1 child had an amazing Hawaiin holiday vacation staying at the I House. The pictures are absolutely spot-on. This house is immaculate. The location can't be beat. North Shore traffic can be standstill, but you can walk to the grocery store, beach, or the bus stop! You are within walking distances from North Shore's most famous beaches. If you are looking for a North Shore getaway, this is the house to rent! You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

What a fantastic experience. We have been to Hawaii several times but this was one of the most enjoyable trips. We spent our 40th anniversary with our 4 married children and their spouses. The house was everything we could ask for. It was spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the accomodations were great. Because our kids are very active we didn't spend a lot of time at the house during the day. We had 3 cars and found the close proximity to Sunset beach, Waimea Park, paddle boarding, snorkling with the sea turtles, and the PCC very convenient. It was close walking distance to Sharks Cove where we spent several days snorkling. It was also a short distance to SkyDive Hawaii where a few of us saw the North Shore at 14000 ft during our first skydiving experience. We would highly recommend the I House to anyone looking to get away from Honolulu and experience the real Hawaii. We felt very safe here and everyone in the area was very friendly. We hope to return again soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a fabulous stay at the I house! This accomodation offered our two families (4 adults, 5 children) everything we could have wanted in our holiday. We loved the proximity to 4 different beaches, all in walking distance, where we could snorkle, boogie board, play in the waves, and watch some amazing sunsets. Given that we stayed in March we had the opportunity to see both super calm waters as well as we had the opportunity to see some really great surf. We also loved the proximity to the paved trail which facilitated some great runs, as well as, some scenic bike rides out towards the north west tip of the island. The kitchen was great, and the proximity to Foodland, very convenient. The beds/ pillows were super comfortable - which we dont always find on holidays. We particularly enjoyed not being a part of an area that was condo/ tourist central, which the north shore really offered! This location allows not only to explore the north shore, but also, everything else on the island really is in close reach. We found the owners/ site manager to be helpful and responsive to all our questions/ needs. We really recommend this house for a couple of families that are looking to have a relaxing holiday together and get a sense of a true hawaii!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.

Just returned from a 50th wedding anniversary celebration with our family and can't say enough about the I House. Everything in the listing decription was accurate and the house is incredible. We loved the area, bike trail, beaches,and easy access to everything. We had ages from 7years to 67 years and all were happy with the house and loved the game room! We went swimming with the sharks,enjoyed the Shark Cove Grill and Starbucks was certainly a hit. The dive shop was great and helped outfit us for our adventure on the surf boards. We did the paddle boards and all loved the adventure to include the 7 year old. After a busy day we were able to relax together and share good food that was easily prepared in the great kitchen. I will recommend the I House to friends and relatives because I am sure they will enjoy spending time in a wonderful home with their families.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
