This great oceanfront home is a wonderful choice for your next Hilton Head vacation. The living room features comfortable furnishings, TV/DVD, stereo, a sitting area for four, and access to the oceanfront deck. Off the living room is a dining area for eight. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a breakfast table for six and a door to a screened porch with terrific ocean view.
The first bedroom features a queen size bed, TV/VCR, and private bath with shower. The next two bedrooms have kings, TV/VCR, private bath, and access to the oceanfront balcony. Seventeen steps lead to the second floor with two more bedrooms. The master suite has a king, TV, private bath with jetted tub and separate shower, and a private oceanfront balcony. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed, small TV, and private bath with tub/shower combination.
A new pool on the ocean side was added for the 2006 season. *Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 20 years and love it. We spend as much time there as possible and encourage you to do the same.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Hilton Head is a dream for us. We've been vacationing there for 20 years and look forward to retiring there. It's peaceful, beautiful, lush, and boasts legendary incredibly wide beaches. We love the casual lifestyle and the ability to be outside enjoying biking, tennis, the pool and the beach all year round. We're not golfers, but just about everyone knows about the golf courses. There are 3 of them in Palmetto Dunes alone.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love the location because it's close to everything, but the beach is quiet and not crowded. We're a 15-20 minute walk to the Marriott for drinks and dinner and 15 minutes the other direction to crab creek. We love the Buggy in Palmetto Dunes (the shuttle van which will pick you up at your door), especially when it's crowded and we don't want to deal with parking. Our kids love the autonomy. We love biking to the general store for bulk candy. This is our favorite place in the world.
