SPECIAL:
"Logan's Fun" is a beach house located on a quiet, gated cul-de-sac which ends at the Gulf of Mexico. A community pool is located nearby, close to the beach, and is heated during the winter.
The Summer's Edge Ryan Street development is comprised of about 24 homes with cute fences and sidewalks leading to the beach, and gated off from 30-A. Our street intersects Eastern Lake Road, and we are on the South side of 30A.
Our house is well sunlit inside with freshly painted bright yellow and blue walls, beautiful moldings, stainless appliances, and upscale furnishings like canopy beds and beachy-blue fabric accessories. Porch swings and rockers make lounging on our large, two-story decks relaxing. Each bedroom has its own in-suite bath with gorgeous Italian tile and tasteful fixtures. An extra bunkroom has two custom built-in twin bunks, and all rooms have cable TV and VCR.
Our house is south of Highway 30-A... in other words, very close to the beach. A bike path leads to Seaside and beyond. Our house is on a gated cul de sac street, with very little traffic, so safe for kids.
We are about 20 miles east of Destin, and 30 miles west of Panama City, with airports and rental cars at each.
Our house has room for three cars, and sleeps 9 people. The master bedroom has a king-size canopy bed (visualize white, flowy, and romantic), while two bedrooms have queen-size beds, each very appealing and comfortable. The charming and nautical bunkroom has two built-in bunkbeds, and there is a sleeper-sofa and a sleeper-chair which finish the sleeping arrangements.
This is truly a great place to bring the kids or come without them! You will love the beach, the location, and our home at the beach! We are on a street which is gated off of 30-A, so very little traffic. The kids usually play in the street. We are an easy walk to the pool(2minutes) and beach(5minutes).
We require half the rent to reserve the house, and will invoice the balance 30 days prior to your arrival. We will then give you the key code to get in the lockbox when you arrive. We live near by and we are very prompt should you need anything during your stay.

Great Beaches! Our house is well suited for multiple couples; it is like having 3 master suites, plus a bunkroom. Our street gets very little traffic, so much safer for kids to play. Easy walk to the pool and beach.
