Professionally decorated and remodeled in 2009, this beautifully appointed Villa has brand new tile floors and carpeting, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, a pantry, a washer and dryer, and a dining room table that comfortably seats six. The family room has comfortable sitting areas, a sleeper sofa, and a large flat screen HDTV, DVD, and High Speed Wireless Cable Internet. The master suite is equipped with a king sized bed, HDTV with DVD, Stereo, and plenty of drawers to store your belongings. The master suite accesses a private balcony with a table and 2 chairs where you can sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic ocean. Why the Owner Chose Villamare
Villamare was the very first unit that we rented on the island. We tried nearly all the Palmetto Dunes properties and continued to enjoy the location of the Villamare property the best. The property has been completely renovated over the years and the association keeps the property in immaculate condition with remodeled pool, beach access, and common areas. Villamare also has the hands-down best exercise facility of any property in Palmetto Dunes.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This unit is the first complex behind the gated portion of Palmetto Dunes Resort. It is located just down from the Mariott Resort and Dunes House Restaurants for easy access to their outdoor/beach restaurants. Villamare is also located within easy walking distance to the General Store, Tennis(23 clay and 2 Nova ProBounce courts, eight of which are lighted for night play, and three plantation Golf courses (Robert Trent Jones, George Fazio, and Arthur Hills). The property is directly on the ocean with no roads to cross and its own private beach access.

In 2006 we decided to purchase our own condo, right on the ocean, and continue to visit the island frequently during the off season and rent our condo during the summer and winter seasons. Hilton Head is a great place to vacation and take your family and we welcome you to our second home.
