  The condo was Awesome. It has everything you need. The location was Awesome. It was so nice to open the doors and walk out on sit on the grass and watch the Ocean. It is a great place to lay back and watch the stars at night.The pool is right there too. BBQ are in the pool area. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your condo. We are already plan a trip for next year to your condo.Kerri

  The place was clean and had everything you could need. The set up on the patio as part of the condo inner space was amazing. It was close to most of the places we spent time at when not at condo, and had a brewery with wonderful food within a 5 min walk. Ate there 3 times in the two weeks. Watched a beautiful sunset each night from patio. Watched the Turtles at beach 15 steps from condo for hours at a time. Actual beach access is on the other side of the pool, but its only a short walk and easy to snorkle from. Pool itself was clean and there was plenty of lounge chairs. The Barbaques worked great. Need solar screen down in the evening and fans going to keep it cool in late afternoon, but otherwise no A/C didn't matter, trade winds took care of it. Would go on writing more, but don't want to fill it up, I'm hoping to go back soon!

  Location, location, location! We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. The location was amazing! The pool and beach were steps away from this ground level unit. I felt like we had our very own grassy yard and we could sit and watch the sea turtles all day long. Every evening we sat on the lawn, watching the stars and listening to the sound of the waves. I miss that so much! This was our first trip to Maui and I hope that every time we return in the future that we'll be able to stay in this condo. It was an absolute joy to wake up to the view and to the sound of the ocean right outside. What a joy! I will be telling everyone about this wonderful home!

  We had a great time. Lots to do in West Maui!!! The condo was very comfortable & had a great view of the ocean. I loved the bottom floor as it was conveinent to walk out to the pool & grills. You could also stand & stare at the ocean & watch the sea turtles. We loved watching the whales, surfers, kite surfers & paddle board surfers from the lanai. We will be back.

  We had a wonderful time staying at this condo, the location is great, it was fully stocked with everything we needed and the views can't be beat! The owners do a wonderful job of making sure the condo is in great shape and has all the things you need to have a wonderful stress free holiday. Unfortunately the beach right out front had been washed away so we had to use the beach in front of the complex next door but it was still close and fairly easy to access. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay on the West side of Maui and we hope to stay there again on our next trip to the island.

I am sorry to hear that winter surges had affected the beach during your stay. Once in a while the storm surges do get stronger and because our unit is right on the ocean, that can affect our beach. Even though the beach can get a bit smaller in the winter, the high tides make it even easier to access the wonderful coral reef just off shore from our unit. Hopefully you took advantage of the spectacular snorkeling available at "our" reef (: You are right, we love our Hololani A103 and strive to make sure it is in perfect condition for our guests!   From the moment we walked in it was stress free rest & relaxation, clean & convenient unit with an incredible view. I miss the sunsets from the lanai already!

  Kimberly, Thank you for everything – the condo was awesome! In fact, your condo is so amazing, we didn't want to leave (: Most days and nights of our vacation were spent right there at the Hololani. We snorkeled, surfed, barbecued and relaxed poolside all day and into the evening...it was wonderful. The few times we did venture out, the proximity to great snorkeling spots, amazing eateries and fun adventures was also a plus. Thanks again, we will definitely be back!

  The lanai in this condo is a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset or drink your morning coffee while watching the turtles. Because we have young kids the bottom floor unit was great. There's a very nice pool steps away, and the beach is not much further and there is grass right out in the front for the kids to play while you are making dinner. The condo was clean, a lot of bedding and towels. The beds were very comfortable and showers were strong. The kitchen was stocked well with supplies. The owner was very nice and great with answering all my questions. The coffee place across from McDonald's has amazing coffee and Dukes restaurant is like 5-10 minutes away! Minus the strong tradewinds at times, Kahana and this condo are great.

  We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located and extremely comfortable condo. Superb ocean and Island views and the sunsets were different every night. We left every morning and back in the evening to enjoy the sunset with a wonderful meal with great wine and great friends! Condo was well equipped with our every need. Kim (owner) was quick to get back with us with questions we had and was very pleasant to deal with. We will definitely stay here again, just wish it was sooner than later. It was a perfect 7 days in paradise!!

Cancellation policy:

Payments and balance due: The total rental Amount is due at time of booking on reservations made within 60 days of the arrival date. An advance payment of 25% of total rental amount is due at time of booking on reservations made 61 days or more prior to the arrival date and 2nd payment of balance is due sixty days prior to the arrival date. Landlord shall have the right, without further notification, to deem the reservation cancelled without refund of advance payments if the final payment is not received when due. Cancellations: Cancellations must be in writing. If the Renter cancels the Agreement less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, the negotiated rental amount is due in full, unless the property can be rented to another party. If the premises are rented to another party, Renter will only be charged 25% of the total rental charge. In the event landlord is unable to re-rent the cancelled period, the total rental amount, including taxes and all applicable fees, will be due in accordance to the confirmation terms. Insurance to cover cancellations to the rental agreement is recommended.

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
