  We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Maui- it was a great location and very affordable for the area! Everything that we needed was provided- towels, washer & dryer, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and nice pool area. The complex was pretty quiet and the grounds were well-kept. The location was close to several beaches- very convenient to watching the beautiful sunset! We would highly recommend this property for a nice relaxing vacation!

  The location was perfect for us. This was our first visit to Maui, so we really didn't know what to see or do. Kihei is the best location to travel all over the island from. The condo was perfect. Fully equipped and very comfortable for the two of us. The pool, spa and BBQ facilities are close and rarely crowded. Bars, restaurants and shopping are nearby as well as being across the street from a beautiful beach. Tim was great to work with and we would definitely stay here again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Clean, well-maintained condo, with nice added conveniences. We stayed a month, and were pleased to enjoy all the little extras that make a place feel more like a home than a hotel room. We'd previously stayed twice in a different KBV unit, and decided to try this one, since the photos/description showed some upgraded features. We couldn't have been more pleased. Here are a few of the special things, including extras that mattered to us for our extended stay. * Comfortable Kingsize bed (vs. other units w/ Queen) * Two floor-based Fans. Excellent for moving A/C air into the bedroom, on the nights when the tradewinds didn't give a breeze. * Computer printer, to attach via USB to your own laptop. Great for printing notes, directions, boarding passes, etc. * Nice kitchen appliances, and enough cookware/utensils for making full meals. * Library full of various books (Novels, local info, etc.) * Some leftover condiments/seasonings were in the cabinets/fridge, rather than thrown out. Didn't have to buy everything from scratch. * Beach gear: 2 chairs, towels, 3 boogie boards, umbrella, ice chest * Free Internet with both wired (RJ45) and wi-fi. High-speed enough to watch streamed video on laptop. * Separated bedroom, for sleeping while another watches TV. * Lanai view of the ocean and the afternoon kite-surfers. We really like the condo's centralized location, with makes it convenient to enjoy both West and South Beaches. We were able to easily drive either West up to Honolua Bay, or south down to Big Beach on any given day, or any beach in between. We preferred choosing different beaches, over paying more to be near just one beach. Great stay. As they say in Hawaii, it was "full of Aloha". We're already talking about when to plan our next Maui trip. :) Alan & DeAnn

  This unit had all the comforts of home. King size bed was very comfortable with a TV in the bedroom as well (not offered in other time share units as we found out ). From the well stocked items in the unit to the beach towels, chairs and umbrella, we wanted for nothing. Beautiful granite counter and large tile shower in the bathroom as well as new appliances in the kitchen. I'm already missing the mornings on the balcony with my coffee and book. We have recommended this unit to family members that travel to Maui. Tim also called in the middle of the week to make sure all was going well! We had a wonderful vacation in Maui!! Ed and Patty

  Had a great stay here, perfect location for beach and venturing out to explore the island. Only here 5 days managed to ft in loads - Tropical Plantation, Hana Highway and Haleakala Crater must see. Was lovely to find beach chairs, cool box ,parasol ( although a bit small for 4 to squeeze under and I got caught by the sun !) . Main bed was SO comfortable - slept like a baby ! Lovely breeze through condo if you have windows open both ends - air con also helped. Pool was small, but as very few other holiday makers around , it felt like our own.Everything was clean and in good condition Did not speak to owner during our stay (no need to as no problems )but he was helpful a time of booking. Would definitely recommend this property to friends / family. There are two flights of steps up to the property, but my disabled daughter managed ok with help.

  Excellent accommodations. The kitchen is gorgeous. The kids had the pool to themselves most of the time. A nice front porch with a partial ocean view. Everything is new/updated. there's even a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the unit. Laundry soap was provided along with surfboards, beach towels, they thought of everything.The apartment is a walkup on the second floor, so this is not the place for you if you have trouble climbing stairs.Most of the people we talked to that were in the complex were living there although they all were from the mainland originally.

  This condo is not big and fancy but it's very nice for the price you pay. It's in a good location, it's clean and the furnishings and decorations are quite nice and in good taste. It's well equipped except for a few minor little things like no Kleenex in the bathroom (or anywhere in the unit - and I have to have Kleenex), no shampoo (which my husband needs but I always bring my own), only one bar of hand soap but luckily we had extra bars of bath soap with us, only one extra roll of toilet paper and the one there was not full to start with, and no pen or notepad in the unit for making notes or lists. My husband feels the tv's could be updated although they worked fine. The air conditioner is very loud and does not reach back to the bedroom so it got warm at night but it was ok. What we really, really appreciated was the free wifi and the printer with paper available to us. It was so convenient to be able to print our boarding passes and I didn't have to go out and try to buy or beg for a few sheets of paper. The owner really thought of everything almost (except for the few things I mentionned above). I was even not feeling well for a couple of days and didn't mind staying in the unit and just resting, reading and watching tv. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and the price was right for us. Thanks!

We do have ceiling fans in each room and 2 stand up oscillating fans that help push the air around quite nicely. The AC unit is fairly new and has enough BTU's to keep our entire unit comfortable. We are happy to hear that you like the additional amenities that other vacation rentals don't offer. Also, we are pleased to have you stay as our guests. Mahalo Nui for your business. Tim

  Unit is a home away from home truly, plenty of kitchen ware , towles and linens, making the stay comfortable. The view is wonderful and the property is well kept & peaceful. My only concern while the unit is lovely the cleaning staff may not have spent as much time as the owners would like, there is heavy dust on the plants and electronic equipment,prehaps a deep clean is in order. to give it the WOW FACTOR . All in all the unit was wonderful and served our need.

  We were lucky to stay in this immaculate condo. It was better equipped than any other condo we've ever stayed in, from kitchen to linens to basic supplies - it was amazing. The property is really well kept, the grounds and the pool area are beautiful. It is in a great location, handy to everything in Kihei, We especially enjoyed the little beach park right across the street, the sunsets from there are spectacular. We were there for 30 days and didn't want to leave.

  This was my 1st trip to Hawaii and was with my daughter a professional photographer. Our trip was to photograph a wedding at Makena Surf. We found the condo to be very comfortable with all of the amenities of home and the beach was right across the street. What a treat! It was centrally located for anything you could possibly want to do. We drove the Road to Hana thru the UpCountry & Ulupalakua, found Lava Tube Caves to explore, went to the Luau and shopping in Lahaina, snorkeling at Kapalua and Molokini. The condo was definitely a pleasure to return to after a full day of fun.

• Tax Rate 13.42%

Cancellation policy:

CANCELLATION POLICY: $85 cancellation fee if made more than 60 days before arrival. If you cancel within 60 days (Value Season) or 75 days (Peak Season) of arrival, the cancellation policy forfeits the $200 deposit. Less than 30 days before arrival (Value Season) or 45 days (Peak Season), the entire rent is forfeited, unless we can re-rent the unit. We recommend trip insurance for these cases.
