  The diamond head view room was outstanding. Just off the beaten path but still close enough to the main part of Waikiki. Within walking distance of everything you could need and right on the bus route if you want to go further. We have never been to Hawaii before and this was a great location for a home base. Would highly recommend it and when we save up enough to return to Hawaii, will most likely stay there again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

  Our 3rd visit to Oahu and the best! Awesome view, condo, food, weather . . . everything. What a wonderful place to come home to. Beached by Duke's statue. Got paddle boards from Ripcurl for $20. Great food from "Good to Grill" in the Safeway shopping center up Kapahulu Ave. We got it to go and ate it on the deck here. Parking was no problem. We always found spots along Kapiolani Park for free and the Waikiki Banyan parking is only $10 per day. Loved snorkeling at Waimea Bay and the Lyon Arboretum at the end of Manoa Road is a must see. We were so happy here and hope to come back to this lovely piece of Oahu again.

  This excellent owner helped with so many details before we came. We were pleasantly surprised by the extra treats - coffee, chocolates, sugar - and all the beach stuff. We were a bit concerned about the murphy bed, but it's very easy to operate and so comfortable. The owners has done an amazing job taking a small unit and filling it with everything needed to make guests comfy. Very nice place and fantastic views.

  For a 30th Wedding "Treat"! Great condo! Well decorated and great "tools" for the beach! Short stay but very nice with great weather and nice view around the condo - ocean and beach, Diamond Head and Honolulu Zoo. Thanks for the details in the condo & good books on Hawaii! Hike Diamond Head (walking distance from the condo), rent a car the second day to visit the North Shore - great shrimp in Haleiwa, Sunset Beach and the Windward Coast. Murphy bed was very comfortable and breakfast on the deck was wonderful!! Close to beaches and restaurants! Merci Beaucoup!

  What a fantastic view and great location you have. We loved how you can open up the room to the entire deck, the sliding glass doors were great. It was perfect for our wine and cheese gatherings with family and friends. The bed was comfortable & the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It was very easy to walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. We had fantastic weather, especially coming from the cold and snow in Colorado. Thanks for letting us use your wonderful place - we will surely recommend it to others.

  People pay a lot of money to stay in swanky hotels with panoramic views of . . . other hotels. Your place is an absolute gem. After staying in Kailua and the North Shore we viewed the prospect of staying in Waikiki with some trepidation and have absolutely loved it, due in no small way to your apartment. It has everything we need, and the view is the icing on the cake. As a keen surfer I could check the surf from "The Wall" through to "Publics" and beyond and make on the spot choices about where to surf based on swell, tides, and crowds. Sitting on the balcony as evening fell, enjoying nibbles and a few wee tinctures was blissful. The occasional sounds from the zoo were a novelty which added to, rather than distracted from, our experience. A couple of rain showers during our stay produced stunning rainbows over Diamond Head - quite magical. We appreciate the efforts you have gone to, to make this a delightful home away from home. We are already planning a return visit.

  Thank you for letting us stay here. We really enjoyed the "city life" for a few days after a week in Maui. Visiting Waikiki, The Polynesian Cultural Center, and the International Market Place was the perfect way to end our Honeymoon!

  Can't say enough about the wonderful view of Diamond Head, the ocean and the zoo. We too have enjoyed the view of the flamingos! . . . and the zoo is a gem . . . not too big, can be seen in 2 1/2 hours. The beach chairs were well used; they are great! Bed is very comfortable. Thanks for the information on busing . . . that really helped, we bused a lot . . . took the bus to Pearl Harbor although it is a long bus ride. There are a lot of really nice restaurants here . . . loved "Dukes" with the best fish by far; California Pizza Kitchen is great, too. Your books - "Oahu Revealed" and "Driving and Discovering Hawaii" were the BEST reference books . . . I love them . . . they are so informative. We did go to see Doris Duke's Shangrila . . . a bit disappointed but the visit to the Honolulu Academy of the Arts is really interesting, could have spent more time there. Will miss the view. Thanks! We had a great stay!

  This was my first trip to Hawaii and gotta say it has been pretty awesome and lets not forget the best VIEW!!!! We have already done a lot of cool things and seen some pretty amazing views. Our stay in Hawaii was for one week and there is still so much more to do and see. So I gotta say yes I will be returning one day on another trip. And, I must say it is not Hawaii if you don't go to a Luau. SO MUCH FUN!! Thanks so much for the stay here, everything was GREAT!

  Thank you for the last minute booking. What a great place. It is exactly what I was looking for - convenient to everything. I loved sitting on the lanai as the sun came up each morning. The place is well equipped - really enjoyed the beach float and large beach towels. The bed is very easy to use and very comfortable. I love the countertops and cabinets - Beautiful! I hope to stay here again!
