The views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Intercoastal Waterway, and the National Seashore can be enjoyed from every room in this end unit, luxurious, designer condo. Relax and enjoy the waves, the sunrises, and the boats going by in this 12th floor, three bedroom, three and a half bath condo with 2500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space.
Tempered glass railings on the 68 foot balcony, and floor to ceiling windows allow for unobstructed views of water and sand from all rooms. The fully-equipped kitchen features European-style cabinets, granite countertops, and built-in designer appliances.
The master suite offers a king-size bed, glass doors leading to the balcony, and a large walk-in closet. His and her vanities, jetted Roman tub, and separate Italian-tiled, walk-in shower in the bath. The Guest bedroom offers another King size bed, nine foot windows with spectacular views of Range Point and the Sound, his and hers closets with dressing area, and a private bath. The third bedroom offers a Queen-size bed, floor to ceiling sliding doors out to the balcony, nine foot windows with views of the Sound, Gulf, and National Seashore, as well as a walk-in closet and private bath.
Designer decorated with high quality furnishings, plenty of lighting, closet space, chests of drawers, and night tables round out the inviting feel and comfort for our guests. Convenient under-building parking allows for over 60% of the resort to remain undeveloped for wildlife habitat and lush landscaping.
Climate controlled lobbies and elevators make Portofino very comfortable year round. Located next to the 40,000 square foot Lifestyle Center this unit offers everything needed for a great vacation at the beach!
Portofino’s exclusive Spa and Lifestyle Center offers state-of-the-art fitness center with Cybex and True equipment, flat screen TV’s with DVD/CD players, Pilates, Yoga and Spin Classes, (all with spectacular views overlooking two heated, infinity edge pool lagoons, whirlpools, multi-tiered pool decks, and the Santa Rosa Sound.
A Juice, Smoothie, and coffee bar as well as personalized body treatments and massages are available. There are his and her locker rooms complete with lounges, dry saunas, steam rooms, and garden whirlpool tub. Kid’s Camp and daily activities are available.
For the golfer enthusiast there is a free water shuttle service to Tiger Pointe, a 36 hole championship golf course. Tennis aficionados can reserve a Rubico (clay) court, attend drills, or hire the onsite professional for a lesson. Free water taxi service is also available to the Boardwalk for shopping and dining. Onsite rentals for biking, boogie boards, windsailing, surf boards, sailboats, kayaks, and water bikes are available.
At the end of the day or while you’re lounging poolside, enjoy food and drinks at the poolside bar and grill, the cozy wine bar "Blue," or the gourmet "Terra Cotta" full service restaurant. Take-away food is available at the gourmet deli window.

We had a fabulous time in Pensacola beach and the unit is just as discribe and much more. We loved everything about the apartment. It is suited right on the Gulf, the sunrise and sunsets are remarkable. We're definately going back. There's a wonderful wrap around balcony were you can relax with a glass of wine or have meals. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you guys so much. We had a great time.

Please take the time to view our website and book what we know will be a relaxing vacation. Portofino is a one of a kind resort with white sandy beaches and full list os amenities. The Spa, the clay tennis courts, the beach, water sports, pools, Golf, the restraunt, sailing, kayak rentals are just the start of what you waiting for you here. This tower was new in July 2004. Our unit is designer decorated with views that you have to see for yourself. Please take the time to return here and let other guest hear what you thought of Portofino and our unit.
