Property is a townhouse owned and rented out by Tom and Gail Gilbertsen.

Tom is a retired Huntington Beach Fire Dept.Capt. and currently is a sales rep. for Holmatro auto extrication tools.

Gail is a retired/inactive - CFO, CPA, CPM, and Broker.
She currently manages these townhouses as weekly/monthly rentals.

They have been married for over 26 years and have 3 children.

Sunset Beach is a unique quieter strip of family-oriented beach, conveniently located away from metered parking and wild loud crowds.
Parking on the greenbelt is free, with a tot lot close by, located only 70-80 steps to the sand, just no. of Huntington Beach at Warner Ave.

I've stayed here a couple of times. Beautiful condo, great location with a short walk to the beach as shown in the photo. It's also walking distance to great restaurants. Sunset Beach is a lovely little hideaway in Southern California. Highly recommend staying here. Very clean, homey with a touch of elegance.
