Come stay on 30A in Old Seagrove Beach, where old fashioned, small town ways still exist in this fabulous new home we call "Greenwood".

"Greenwood" is located one mile east of Seaside, convenient for biking on the paths to Seasie and Watercolor. After a day on the sugar white sands of the beach, come up and relax in your own private 15 X 30 pool with patio furniture and tables for relaxing, reading and eating. Let the kids swim while you grill dinner. So you don't leave without enjoying one of 30-A's most popular activities.

Everyone can spread out in the five large bedrooms, four baths, plus a den with a sleeper sofa , where the kids can hang out in their own space. The living room is also equipped with an awesome 42" plasma TV, great for watching sporting events and movies.

Downstairs, there are two master suites with king beds. Another bedroom downstairs 3 sets of bunk beds. Also, there is a downstairs den for relaxing or watching TV. Upstairs, there is one king bedroom and one queen bedroom. The house sleeps 16. All the bedrooms have television sets with DVD/VCR palyers.

Our on-demand hot water Rinnai system allows all 16 guests an endless supply of hot showers.

Everyone can enjoy a meal together with a large 10 foot dining room table seating 12, plus a large bar separating the kitchen and living room, plus a breakfast nook/game table. You'll love the open floor plan upstairs, with the living room, kitchen, and dining room offering gulf views.

There are gorgeous stained concrete floors downstairs, and beautiful travertine upstairs. The custom kitchen is warm and inviting with pine cabinets, double ovens and gas cooktop, all stainless appliances. There's room for more than one cook here, and you're still visiting with the family in the living room. Enjoy the Old Florida style decorating, making this home look like it has been there for years, with a mix of antiques and reproductions your grandmother would love. The rooms are decorated in a mix of beautiful reds, yellows and greens.

Around the house and pool you can relax and enjoy the lush, tropical landscaping consisting of over 40 palm trees, fragrant gardenias, confederate jasmine, flowery agapantha, split leaf phylodendron and wax myrtles. Book soon, as this is a very popular location that rents quickly for the summer.

So you don't leave without enjoying one of Seagrove Beach's most popular activities, Bike riding, Butterfly Bike shop 850-231-2826, will rent bikes to you.

  • What a gorgeous home! Not a single short-cut in this place....we had our first annual "couples" trip at Greenwood. Five couples with no kids-- we could not have found a better place. If it had rained all weekend, we would have been content to curl up on the sofas or sit on the back porch and had no crowding issues! Easy owners to work with!

The layout allowed everyone their own space while the common areas accomodated everyone easily. The porches and pool made it! This would be a great place for any group traveling to the beach!

  • We stayed at Greenwood the first week of August and could not have asked for a better home. The location and pool made it ideal for our family which included 9 adults and 8 kids ranging in ages from 11 weeks to 13 years. The rooms were large enough for playpens for little ones and the bunk bed room was great for the older kids to hang out. We would have no hesitation in staying there again.

  • Greenwood is a special place for my family. We were the first occupants. We enjoy the big and many rooms. The private pool is more private than others. The kitchen is the best. My family loves to cook and eat, so Greenwood is the perfect place.

  • Greenwood is perfection! We had 18 in our party and plenty of room! The pool is awesome, the kitchen perfectly appointed, and the location is prime. Seaside is an easy walk, public beach access is right across the street, and Publix is around the corner. We will definitely stay there again!

  • First class house all the way. We are beach people and travel to beaches every year and this was the whole package. Great beach, Great location, great house, great kitchen. We had three families in the house with 6 kids ranging from 6 months to 6 years. They had a blast and it was great for the parents as well. Very nice kitchen and great place to kick back. The pool pushes it over the top. All of friends agreed that we have to do the trip every year and there is nothing we would change about the house. I would HIGHLY recommend it. My only complaint is we were only there for 1 week - I could have done 2!!!

  • Great house for a family get together. We had 8 adults and 8 kids, and had plently of room. Easy beach access, and great pool! There is plenty of room in the house for a big gathering, or for quiet thought. We will definitely consider again.
