The complex is in wonderful condition with lush vegetation. We have a new footbridge to the beach. This vacation condo is furnished in contemporary island style and is situated on the second floor which affords better light and a quiet environment! The apartment is freshly painted and has a new dining room set, living room furniture, and a renovated master bath. The kitchen has been newly tiled. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
The condo complex features two tennis courts and complimentary canoes and kayaks for use on the bayou. A different adventure in close up viewing of the island wildlife.
Bowmans Beach is at the quiet end of Sanibel. Here you spend your time in a natural environment sharing only with birds and the dolphins off shore. However, still only ten minutes from restaurants and shopping. This a a true get away spot with the ambiance of a South Seas tropical island. Come and RELAX on Bowmans Beach.

We have always enjoyed the unique environment of Sanibel Island. A beautiful natural piece of paradise along with all the necessary amenities, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, close by.The long walks on the beach finding unique shells, yes even a junonia and watching the magnificent sunsets keep us reminded of the beauty of nature.
Why the Owner Chose Blind Pass
We wanted a beautiful non concrete complex that was the "real" Sanibel, not just another place in Florida. Being the only condo complex on the best beach on Sanibel made it an easy decision.

My wife and I have been coming to Sanibel Island for more than 15 years now, and Ed's condo was the best place we have stayed here to date. It was spacious and clean, with a well equiped kitchen, which allowed us to eat in most the week. With it being on Bowman's Beach, our favorite beach, it was centrally located so that we could go to any of the other beachs on Sanibel and Captiva within minutes. Shelling is our favorite pastime here and we hit the jackpot this week. Thanks again, we will definately be back and also tell our friends!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
