RENTAL WEEKS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. RATES INCLUDE CLEANING FEES AND TAXES. Description for our Waterford villa. Two bedroom, two bath (queen, two twins, sleeper sofa). On the Golf Course in Shipyard Plantation. Two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse in Shipyard Plantation situated on the first hole of the Galleon Golf Course. Approx 3/4 of a mile from beach entrance located within Shipyard. Pleanty of parking for both cars and bikes at the beach. Also has a drop off area,bathrooms and concession stand.
This is a beautifully renovated, two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse that delivers beauty, charm, and space with a terrific open fairway view, community pool, and tennis court.
Upon entering, you are met with beautiful heart of pine floors, colonial staircase, and intricate mouldings. You will be drawn into spacious living room highlighted by French doors and spectacular fairway view. The living room offers off-white carpeting, a sleeper sofa couch, fireplace, and an armoire with 42" Flat screen HDTV, VCR,DVD and wireless internet.
Off the living room you will step back onto pine floors and a beautiful wood dining room table with a setting that is a blend of traditional and contemporary accents. The kitchen continues with the pine floors, all-white appliances, and white and glass cabinets.
Upstairs, is a stunning master with a white curtained bay window that looks out over the fairway. The bedroom set is a light contemporary design, offering a queen-size bed, end tables and a chest with a combination TV and DVD player. A spacious shower with a large rain showerhead highlights the unusual master bath.
The guest bedroom offers two twin beds ( can be converted to a king) and private bath with a combination shower and tub. Guest room has a tv with cable and dvd player. Also on the second floor are the washer and dryer.
Outside, back on the spacious patio is a table with seating for five and a gas grill.

Why the Owner Chose Waterford
Hilton Head and especially Shipyard offers a great place to relax. Its very quiet at our Villa. Its also very entertaining being right on the Golf Course as well as being so close to the beach. The pool is never crowded since theres only 30 Villas in Waterford.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Very quiet and relaxing. Pool is close by and the beach is not to far. Nice back patio area to grill out on. Our Villa has been remodeled in the last few years so it has a nice new feel compared to others.

This is our families home away from home. We live in the Charlotte, NC area and try to go to Hilton Head as much as possible.
