The Condo is a beautiful unit located at the Kuleana Resort on Maui's West Coast. The unit is on the top floor of a two story complex and is very spacious with 1080 square feet of living space. The unit is modern and up-to-date unlike some of the very old condos that are on the island. The downstairs area has been recently tiled which is not shown in the pictures. My father and I take pride in keeping the unit in great condition and have many great reviews by people that have stayed there over the last few months. Free wireless internet access is also provided.

There is one bedroom downstairs, a full bathroom, kitchen, and main living room with a sofa sleeper. Upstairs is a loft that is the second bedroom with a full bathroom. There are air conditioning units in both the downstairs bedroom and in the loft. It also has gorgeous panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the lovely offshore islands of Molokai and Lanai from the large deck.

Kuleana is a very sought-after complex with meticulously maintained grounds where many guests return year after year and consider Kuleana one of the best kept "West-Side" secrets.

It is in a great location on the island being just minutes away from the neighboring resort areas of Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Kapalua that offer great shopping, restaurants and activities. It is close to all the tourist attractions, but far enough away to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. It is a wonderful condo and a great deal at $195/night. Hawaii taxes are 12.41%. Cleaning fee is $135. One free parking space.

A deposit of 20% will be required to reserve the unit, which will be applied towards the total rental. A $200 damage deposit is required which will be refunded by mail after checkout.

  • When we arrived at the condo, we opened the front door and were greeted by the view outside the lanai--ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! It was like a changing picture before our eyes--and always, always beautiful. We really loved all the amenities here. The location was great. We hated to leave...our time on Maui was magical, made even better by our stay here. MAHALO!

    Sad to be back and no longer enjoying the Maui weather and sunsets. We all enjoyed staying in your unit which was very spacious and well equipped. The pool was fabulous and well looked after. The use of four barbeques was very welcomed. Unfortunately we never made it to The Gazebo, so much to do and see and so little time. Next visit for sure! Kelli P

  • My family and I stayed at this unit March 2 for 10 days. What a great place. The condo was very comfortable and everything was in working order. The only thing we missed was a dvd player for movies we brought. What great view of whales and we snorkeled out front and saw three turtles. It was close to all the things we like in this area.. farmers market, coffee place and a wonderful grocery store. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks for making our vacation one of the best.

  • This unit is GREAT. It is spacious, updated, cool (thank you A/C!), and perfect for a relaxing Hawaii getaway! I brought up my whole family in October and we had such a great time. We all slept comfortably, cooked in the updated kitchen, and loved the internet access this unit offers! The view from the Lanai is to die for. We woke up to many beautiful rainbows overlooking the ocean! Can't wait to go back....

  • Stayed in unit 206 --- We have stayed here numerous times! This particular unit is updated, has A/C, and a gorgeous view of the ocean (and whales)! It can sleep up to 6, although we have only been with 4 of us ! It is great for families and groups. It is close to the road but we love how spacious, cool (thank you A/C!) and updated this particular unit is compared to others we have stayed in at the complex. We like to use the bbq area overlooking the ocean, well kept grounds, and big pool. This last time, we caught some fish on a day trip and grilled our catches while watching the sun go down. What a memorable night! Kuleana is in a good location because it close to Lahaina, Napili, Kanapaali, etc. PS- Highly recommend going to the Gazebo in Napili for breakfast. try the mac nut pancakes, we love it!

  • the hooper condo is so comfortable & the view is breathtaking. the location is great...away from the tourism in lahaina but close to some of the most beautiful beaches. we have visited the condo twice and would definitely return. thank you
