  • best view for less!

"Decor, floor, ceiling, and bedrooms are outdated but newly renovated bathrooms are brand new. It kind of made up for the rest of the condo, because the view was amazing from balcony and master. The pool was nice, clean and big. The owner is super nice and always responded promptly when there were any concerns or problems. Would definitely stay here again in the future."

  • Awesome place to stay while in kihei

"Jodi made this vacation very smooth from beginning to end. She does car rental too. Very pleasant and professional when talking to her on the phone. The condo is in tiptop condition. Bathrooms are all new. Kitchen has everything you need. Kamaole III beach is few minutes walk down the path. She provides everything from boogey board to snorkeling equipment. Swimming pool is few steps away. There's a grill that you can use for BBQ. Will definitely come back here. Mahalo Jodi."

  • Wonderful Time for All!

"We rented the house for a week the end of February 2014, and with two bedrooms and two baths on one side of the house, and another large bedroom and bath on the other side, it was perfect for the seven people of our family. Even the teenagers were happy!!!! The house was clean and well-maintained. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything, but gave us privacy. There are labels on drawers, etc., so you don't have to search for things. BTW, except for food, just about everything you will need is provided. While there isn't a maid service as in a hotel, the money you save by renting the house versus hotel rooms is well worth it. Also, by cooking your meals, you can save even more. We definitely would recommend renting this house."

  • Location, location, location!!

"Just back from 3 weeks in this condo, what a great spot! Located in the heart of Kihei allowed us to walk everywhere..grocery store, farmer's market, beaches, bus stop, and restaurants. Only rented a car to get to other parts of the island that were too time consuming or unreachable via the bus. Very pleased with the high-end kitchen cookware, utensils and appliances. Bed is super comfy but the tradewinds were so awesome, we fell asleep most nights on the couch while watching tv. Didn't need the AC at all. The view is great and allowed us to judge the surf right from our balcony every morning. If surf is up, you can head right downstairs and rent a board for the day. Having the washer/dryer unit right in the condo was also a huge plus! Wifi works very well, too. Kudos to the Resident Manager, Brian, who was always friendly and kept us well informed as to what was expected of us during the impending hurricanes! Also to Ligia for returning our security deposit so quickly! Overall, we were very pleased with this condo and hope to be returning guests. My only complaint is that the flat screen TV is so big, my husband now thinks our own flat screen is too small!! :-)"
