  • great location, quiet and comfortable

"This nicely decorated condo is located across the street from the lovely Kamaole II beach (“Kam II”) and near all kinds of restaurants. It is an end unit so has extra windows for good circulation. Very quiet because it is toward the back, and the lanai faces north toward trees and shrubbery, not busy Kihei Road like so many other condos. We crossed the road to the beach to swim and see the sunset, and met many friendly people doing the same. The location is central for so many Maui sights - just 25 minutes to Kahului and the beginning of the Road to Hana, Haleakala Road, Iao Valley and Waihee Ridge. Only 10 minutes to the beautiful Waimea area. The people at the front desk were so very nice and helpful when we had a problem with our airline tickets. This was a great place to stay."

  • Place worth coming back to

"It is a very nice condo to stay. Easy to and from and just a mile from all the good eating places. As advertised 200 yards from the beach. Nice beach to walk and close to all the place you would like to eat at. The pool and hot tub were very nice and all the people we meet at the condos were also nice. Staff was very helpful as they did direct us to a medical facilities since my wife came down with a bad sinus infection. It is a slower pace then other parts of the island as Kihei is missing some of the monster hotels. Look for the local food establishments you will not go wrong. The Catholic church a mile away had a very nice for Saturday service."

  • Nice Rental

"The condo was excellent value for our nearly 4 week stay on Maui. Susan was extremely accommodating with the requests we had for our 8 month old son. Condo is in a perfect location just a walk from the beach, shops and groceries. Only thing I can really say is that the condo is a bit well loved. Kitchen had nice updates but cooking tools/pots/pans were well used. It was still functional and was a clean place to enjoy our time while indoors."
