The master suite is located on the first floor of the home and offers a king bed accented with neutral linens. Its en suite bathroom is highlighted with high-end tile, a double sink vanity and separate tub and shower. The first floor also hosts a posh powder bath perfect for added privacy.

Upstairs are the two additional bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. The first bedroom boasts four bunk beds with a trundle for a total of five beds! This bunk room is spacious with a TV for movies and downtime. The beautiful tile selections continue in both en suite bathrooms which offer shower/tub combinations. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with hints of coastal blues – so relaxing!

Thank you for sharing your exquisite home. The tree-lined community was so welcoming and peaceful, and we loved being only blocks from Eastern Lake and/or the Ocean - couldn't believe the white sand like powdered sugar!!! Every creature comfort was made available to my family through the concierge-style management company. From bicycle rentals to recommendations of the most amazing restaurants and entertainment, we felt like we were in a 5-star resort yet had the privacy of our own home. The house is like a brand new model home with a cook's dream kitchen, and Buddy's Seafood Market makes it so easy to bring home fresh seafood to cook at the house. Comfortable mattresses, fresh bedding and comfy modern furniture were the icing on the cake. There was always something to do along 30A including farmer's markets, parades, shopping, galleries, and we are so glad we discovered The Donut Hut! We enjoyed the outdoor shower after coming home from the community pool or a long bike ride on the beach. Couldn't have imagined a more perfect family vacation. Will definitely return for another trip. Thanks a million!

Luxury on 30A, can't wait to book it again!

I have several friends in the area who urged me to look at Greenway Park for a 2 week stay. 74 Greenway Park far exceeded my expectations and I wish I could live there! The home looks and feels brand new. It's very well maintained and appointed. I loved the spacious and gorgeous kitchen since I love to cook. 30A is definitely a hot spot in this area, and 74 Greenway is in a perfect spot for beach-combing, walking the trail, and having the time of your life at all of the restaurants and live music venues in the area. I didn't want to be directly on the beach, and this house was perfect for me. The management company was super responsive to all of my questions, and they even called to check on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I am hoping to visit again in the fall!

Incredible location and house!

Loved this house. It was just minutes from Sea Side and centrally located to everything on 30A including right next to the bike path but back in a quite area as well, couldn't beat it. On top of that it had great beach access and dune lake access.

Steamboat grill was just around the corner as well as the free shuttle pick up and drop off.

My family loved the bunk room and community pool and the updated kitchen. Can't wait until our visit next year.
