This adorable cottage is tucked away in the lovely School St. neighborhood, central to everything Ogunquit has to offer. All of the shops and restaurants of downtown Ogunquit are just steps away. Ogunquit's Main Beach is a 10 minute walk across the foot bridge, and the start of Marginal Way is a 5 minute stroll away. A community playground and basketball court are located right across the street.

The cottage has a enclosed porch and a full kitchen with new appliances. There is a a shared outdoor space with a grill and picnic table. The cottage also includes WiFi, Roku for guest streaming services, A/C, washer/dryer and two parking spaces.

Absolutely, wonderful cottage equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. Loved the screened porch and picnic tables under the shade of trees. Excellent location to big beach and restaurants. Loved our stay.

Cozy home in a great location

Loved our stay in Ogunquit. The house had everything that we needed and more such as a fully stocked kitchen, beach items, bedding, washer and dryer and vacuum. The location was great for walking to the beach, shops and marginal way,

The perfect spot!

This property was everything we wanted! Perfect for 4 adults.the owners obviously put a lot of thought into upgrades and decor. Comfortable beds, nice air conditioning, kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom had a really strong shower which is always a plus. Most of our time was spent on the great porch! The location couldn’t have been better- a quick walk to the beach and center of town, easy walk to the playhouse, and a nice walk to Perkins Cove. Our hosts were very friendly and available for anything we needed. This will be my new vacation spot moving forward!

The concrete step at the door is a safety hazard..One could step too far to the right coming out and fall possibly on the rock getting injured.. I suggest putting a railing on the right side coming out.

In response to your comment, we have moved the step over a few inches so that there is more room on the side where the door opens. We hope this addresses your issue!
